Noah Schultz exited Friday’s contest between the Cleveland Guardians and Chicago White Sox for undisclosed reasons. (James Fegan on Twitter )

Schultz was forced to exit after the White Sox used two mound visits in the first inning after the left-hander allowed two earned runs on three hits while striking out one in just 1/3 of an inning, with David Sandlin taking over on the mound for manager Will Venable against the Guardians Friday night.
