Justin Jefferson is not present for the Vikings’ voluntary offseason workouts. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Jefferson continues to await a contract extension from the Vikings. With the workouts being voluntary, he will not be fined. Fantasy managers will want to keep tabs on Jefferson’s status as we get close to training camp.

CeeDee Lamb is not expected to attend the start of the team’s voluntary off-season program. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Lamb is waiting on a new contract that will replace his fifth-year option that he is set to play on this season. With Eagles’ WR Devonta Smith getting a new deal Monday, Lamb is likely to push even harder for a new deal before the start of the 2024 season.

The Eagles and WR DeVonta Smith have agreed to a three-year, $75M extension. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: The deal includes $51M guaranteed. The deal locks up the 25-year-old wide receiver after he tallied 1,066 yards and seven touchdowns on 81 receptions last season. The former first-round pick has recorded two consecutive 1,000 yard seasons and will remain a key component of the Eagles’ offense.

DeForest Buckner has signed a two-year, $46M extension with the Colts. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: The new contract ties Buckner to the team through the 2026 season. The 30-year-old tallied 45 solo tackles, eight sacks, and two forced fumbles last season.

Deonte Harty has signed a deal with the Baltimore Ravens. The former Bills WR totalled 15 receptions for 150 yards and a touchdown last season. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Harty's impact will mostly be felt in the special teams unit. As a former special teams pro-bowler in 2019, he will provide some explosiveness to the Ravens' return game. Harty's arrival will not impact the usage of the likes of Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews.

Tee Higgins anticipates playing for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2024. The WR requested a trade earlier in the off-season after the team informed him that he would be franchise tagged. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: With Higgins back in the lineup, Joe Burrow has the benefit of working with arguably the league's best WR duo for yet another year. Higgins will likely return to being an inconsistent, high-upside fantasy asset as the second option behind Ja'Marr Chase. This Bengals offense should be an explosive unit next season.

Laken Tomlinson has signed a one-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks. The veteran LG spent the last two seasons as a member of the New York Jets. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Tomlinson looks to provide some much-needed stability for this offensive line unit that struggled in 2023. Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet are likely the biggest beneficiaries of this move. If Tomlinson can stay healthy and continue to perform at a high level, these RBs will have better holes to run through.

The Saints have agreed to terms with WR Equanimeous St. Brown. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: St. Brown appeared in seven games with the Bears last season, recording 62 receiving yards on six receptions. Fantasy managers should expect the veteran to operate as a depth wide receiver for the Saints.

The Saints have agreed to terms with the QB Kellen Mond. (Source: Katherine Terrell on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Mond has appeared in just one game in his career, completing two passes in 2021. The former third-round pick was most recently on the Colts’ practice squad in 2023. Fantasy managers should expect Mond to compete for the backup role.

Veteran free agent TE C.J. Uzomah is expected to sign a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Uzomah spent the beginning of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals as a fifth-round TE before spending his last pair of seasons with the New York Jets. Heading into his 10th NFL season, he will serve as a backup TE for the Eagles behind TE Dallas Goedert. Uzomah has had two 400-yard seasons but just 58 yards in 2023.

Nick Chubb reworked his contract to remain with the team in 2024. The four-time pro-bowler missed the majority of the 2023-2024 season after suffering a major knee injury in Week 2. (Source: NFL.com )

Fantasy Impact: It will be challenging to assess Nick Chubb's fantasy outlook until we are able to see him on an NFL field again. Many are wondering whether he will return with the same athleticism and elusiveness that made him an elite fantasy option over the years. Chubb has a long injury history and his NFL future is somewhat in question heading into this offseason. Jerome Ford emerged as a reliable asset for many managers' teams last season. He will be a name to monitor if Chubb's recovery takes longer than initially expected.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashee Rice is facing eight charges due to his involvement in a car crash that occurred on March 30. The charges include six counts of collision causing bodily injury, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury, and one count of aggravated assault. (Source: Ari Meirov on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: If Rashee Rice misses time due to legal issues and/or suspension, the other pass-catching options in this offence would see an increase in volume. Most notably, offseason addition Marquise Brown would step into a more prominent role. Brown would become an extremely fantasy-relevant asset as the top WR for the reigning Super Bowl champions. On the other hand, this would be slightly detrimental for Mahomes' fantasy outlook. Mahomes disappointed for fantasy last year with an underwhelming group of weapons. The Chiefs would likely need to address the WR position in the upcoming NFL Draft if Rice's situation becomes a long-term issue.

The Jaguars and Josh Allen have agreed to terms on five-year, $150 million contract. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The deal includes $88 million in guaranteed money. The team elected to use the franchise tag on their star pass rusher, but are now able to lock up a key member of their defense for the next five seasons. Allen tallied a franchise record 17.5 sacks last season and will remain one of the best pass rushers heading into the 2024 season.

New York Giants TE Darren Waller has not yet come to a decision in regards to his potential retirement this offseason, according to the Athletic. The 8-year veteran has dealt with a number of injuries that have caused him to miss a total of 19 games over the past 3 seasons. Waller also stated that he hopes to make a decision prior to the start of the NFL draft on April 25th. (Source: The Athletic )

Fantasy Impact: Waller's potential departure would result in an increased target share for the other pass-catching options on this roster, most notably Jalin Hyatt and Wan'Dale Robinson. Both of these players have shown flashes throughout their young careers. With more targets being thrown their way, Hyatt and/or Robinson may become very productive for fantasy if Waller decides to hang up the cleats. On the other hand, the move would negatively impact Daniel jones' fantasy outlook. This is a team that is bereft of offensive weapons and Jones can ill-afford to lose his most reliable pass-catching option.

Pro Bowl WR Stefon Diggs has reworked his contract with the Houston Texans, clearing out his final three years (2025-2027) to essentially create a one-year deal. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The Texans are converting his future injury-guaranteed money into guaranteed money in 2024, giving him a one-year pay raise and setting him up for free agency in 2025. Diggs, who appeared to lose a step — for one reason or another — in 2023 has an incentive to perform in 2024 for a new payday. However, the Texans are not eligible for compensatory-pick compensation for Diggs if he leaves due to the nature of his restructured deal.

The Baltimore Ravens and LB Kyle Van Noy have reached terms on a two-year deal. (Source: Pat McAfee on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: After his breakout season with the New England Patriots in 2019 (83.5 PFF grade), Van Noy has not reached the same level of on-field play. As a result, he has not spent consecutive seasons with a team since his 2016-2019 stretch in New England. However, Van Noy had one of his best years since then and will continue to provide in Baltimore, particularly as a pass rusher (48 pressures in 14 games).

The Philadelphia Eagles and LT Jordan Mailata have agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension worth $66 million, with $48 million guaranteed and a $20 million signing bonus. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: After being a seventh-round pick out of Australia, Mailata has developed into everything the Eagles could have hoped for and more. He has started 57 games over the last four seasons and earned an offensive grade of 84.8 in 2023 as the team's starting left tackle, fourth in the NFL among all OTs. At 27 years old, Mailata could be on track to become a multi-time Pro Bowler.

The San Francisco 49ers have reached a one-year deal with RB Patrick Taylor Jr., a former undrafted free agent out of Memphis. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Taylor is 25 and averaged four yards a carry on limited snaps over three years in Green Bay. He played a career-high 226 offensive snaps in 2023 and saw 32 carries and 17 targets. He can provide further depth behind the established 1-2 hierarchy of Christian McCaffrey and Elijah Mitchell in S.F.

The Lions have matched the 49ers’ three-year, $12M offer to RFA Brock Wright. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Wright will return to the Lions after the team chose to match the 49ers offer. The 25-year-old will likely continue to serve as the backup to Sam LaPorta.

The Seahawks have signed WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (Source: Mike Garafolo on TWitter )

Fantasy Impact: Shenault finished last season with 60 receiving yards on 10 receptions in eight games last season. The former second-round pick will look to have a bounce back season in Seattle.
