Larry Donnell targeted twice in loss to Eagles, finishes with 6 yards

Larry Donnell was targeted only two times in the Giants' Week 6 loss to the Eagles - he finished with 1 reception and 6 yards. Unfortunately, an incredible circus catch TD made by Donnell in the third quarter was negated by a holding call on LT Will Beatty.
Fantasy Impact:
After a strong start to the season, defenses have keyed in on Donnell, significantly limiting his impact in the last couple of weeks. That said, nothing on offense was working for the Giants in Week 6 where the O-line regressed and yielded 8 sacks. Donnell should see more looks/targets going forward out of necessity resulting from the Victor Cruz injury - although defenses may continue to key in on him with Cruz out of the picture until such time that Odell Beckham and/or Preston Parker become more consistent and successful receiving targets for Eli Manning. Donnell remains a low end TE1 play for fantasy purposes.
