Brian Hoyer may not commit to Browns long-term if Manziel is around

Browns starting quarterback Brian Hoyer, when asked about a long-term contract with the Browns, mentioned that he wants to be somewhere where he is playing. (Cleveland Plain Dealer)
Fantasy Impact:
It is clear that Hoyer wants to capitalize on his success thus far this season, and at the same time it is doubtful the Browns are going to trade Manziel to appease Hoyer. So far the Browns have appeared very committed to Hoyer, but rumors that owner Jimmy Haslam pushed strongly to draft Manziel also add intrigue to the situation. This may turn out to be a non-story but it is an interesting twist to the team's surprising start to the season.
