Nyheim Hines hoping to sign with team before training camp

Fantasy Impact:
Hines has not played in the NFL since tearing his ACL a couple of years ago in a jet-ski accident. He last played for the Colts and Bills. He could still hold a special teams role as well as a passing down role out of the backfield.
