Brock Purdy (shoulder/toe) has officially been ruled out for Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints. (Nick Wagoner on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Purdy is going to be unable to play on Sunday. He is dealing with a pair of different injuries right now, and the expectation is that he will probably miss more time beyond this game because of them. Mac Jones is set to get the start for the 49ers this week, which is less than ideal for all of their skill position players.
