Green should benefit from having a week off and the Patriots being on a short week, he is a strong WR1 play this week.
Harvin has WR1 appeal going against a terrible Washington secondary. Harvin also has the benefit of coming off his bye week, although Washington had a long week too playing a Thursday Night Game last week.

Toe could still be an issue and Pats do have #1 ranked pass D, but you still have to use him if he's active.
Role has been hit or miss but this matchup is to die for. It will be shocking if he doesn't come up big on prime time TV.

After being held without a catch for the first time in his career, Green bounced back in week 3. Green finished the day with 6 catches and 9 targets, the same totals he had in Week 1 before sitting out last week due to a toe injury. He'll be looking to reach paydirt for the first time since Week 1 when the Bengals head to New England to face the Patriots coming off a Week 4 bye.
The problem is they’ve only dabbled. They’ve slung it to him on the outside, giving him a chance to show off his moves against defensive backs. They’ve found cute ways to hand the ball off to him and watch him pick up a dozen yards here and there. What they haven’t done is just play pitch and catch with him. It’s a problem because while enough plays are designed for Harvin to give him a decent number of receptions each week, his production in standard Fantasy leagues hinges on him scoring a touchdown. As sort of a glorified change-of-pace running back playing only two-thirds of the Seahawks’ snaps, the yardage just isn’t there for him. I like to see him have a breakout receiving performance on Monday Night Football.
