The Colts are heading towards running a 2 TE offense with a west coast scheme. At least those 2 TEs would be Top 15 options if they were on separate teams, but West Coast in todays NFL does not work in Fantasy. Rich Gannon/Donovan McNabb/Brad Johnson were probably the best West Coast QBs of the early 2000s. Those 3400 Yards 27 TDs is not good anymore in todays down field bomb offenses. If one player has a lot to prove this season, Michael Vick is that man. The Eagles are coming off of so much disappointment that they lost their Franchise coach. The offense is the same offense the Oregon Ducks ran, which is perfect for dual threat QBs. If you had to make an all-time list of the best dual threat QBs of our time, Vick has to be #1 if you take out the mental mistakes. Jeremy Maclin and Desean Jackson still make up an ELITE WR duo.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
The Raiders ranked just 23rd against fantasy quarterbacks last year and Luck is leading one of the most exciting offenses in the NFL.The Redskins allowed the 4th most fantasy points to running backs last year, I expect the MNF game to be a shootout and for Vick to be a borderline QB1.
Jordan Tozzi
Legion Report
With Bruce Arians gone, its unlikely that Luck will lead the league in passing attempts when throwing past the 20 yard mark. After having a year under his belt, Luck will be a more polished and efficient passer.

Luck vs. the Raiders at home, yes please.
Taylor Smith
NFL Soup
The Colts look to have more of a West Coast offense type thing going on here with Luck's college coordinator now in the mix, which should help to limit his interception totals.Vick is the biggest wild card of them all. If he buys into Chip Kelly's system and grasps it well from the start, he's capable of being the No. 1 player in fantasy, as we've seen before. On the other hand, he may underwhelm from the start and not even be Philly's QB on opening day. There really isn't much middle ground with this guy.
Staff Rankings
RotoBaller
Oakland could be the worst team in the league. This is possibly way too low. Tempering expectations until we see the Chip offense in action.
Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Sports Empire
Oakland gave up the 7th most fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 19.5.Washington gave up the 8th most fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 19.4.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Raiders are awful so it'd be a shock if Luck was anything short of amazing at home in week 1.I think Vick is in for a big year, but will it start on the road against an underrated Redskins defense?
Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Luck missed much of his rookie year's off season work due to school and quickly had to learn a high risk/reward offense and it showed in his numbers, especially interceptions and completion percentage. Now with his old Stanford offense in place and a season under his belt we will see an even better, more efficient player. The Raiders have little in the way of defense and Luck will pick them apart. My only concern is him sitting in the 4th quarter. The new look Eagles under Chip Kelly looked sharp in preseason and Michael Vick seemed comfortable in their offense totaling 454 yards and two touchdowns in around 4 quarters of game time. I'll be starting him this week even though he's always a risk to get hurt and this offense has yet to be tested in a real game. I believe his upside outweighs the risk. It doesn't hurt that Washington gave up the third most passing yards and fifth most fantasy points to quarterbacks last season.
Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Should be a QB1 for the next decadeImpossible to rank Vick as anything less than a QB1 despite injury risk. Chip Kelly's offense could help this Eagle soar to new heights.
Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
After a tantalizing preseason it's time to see what Vick can do in Chip Kelly's offense. Against the Redskins who struggled vs. pass last year, and who he has had a lot of success against in an Eagles uniform.
Staff Rankings
Fantasy Football Freaks
Luck looks to have a pretty tough schedule as of now with Oakland being the only opponent ranking in the bottom 10 against QB's.He missed both 'skins games in 2012, but he averaged 2 TDs, 280 passing and 28 rushing yards against them in '11.
