Romo has a number of players to target in 2014 and if he can remain healthy he has amazing upside. He does carry an injury risk, but with the Dallas defense hurting you should expect Romo to be throwing the ball a ton this year.
Don't sleep on Andy's upside. He will put up 4,000 yards and 30+ TD's. His turnovers hurt, but his upside is still always present.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Romo is a slam-dunk to finish in the Top 10 among fantasy quarterbacks when he is healthy and I see no reason why he cannot do that in 2014. Most of the key losses for the Cowboys have been on defense, so there will be a ton of pressure for the Cowboys offense to score points this year. The one question mark is his back holding up over the course of a 16-game season.
Dalton has gone from the 18th ranked fantasy quarterback as a rookie, to 12th in his second year to sixth last year. I am not a fan of him as a franchise quarterback, but it is hard to see a scenario where he is not a productive fantasy quarterback. I think the loss of Jay Gruden will hurt his overall numbers, as will the Marvin Jones injury.

KJ
Fantasy Team Advice
A lackluster defense should ensure that Tony Romo is a gunslinger in 2014, which is just what fantasy owners want to hear. He is often one of the most overlooked QB's on draft day, and can be had at an excellent price
Bengals will likely be going with a power-run offense this year, meaning Dalton will scale back his pass attempts and yards drastically. Arrow pointing straight down here

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
A virtual lock for 4,000 passing yards and 30 TDs as long as he stays upright.
Pass-happy Gruden is out, run-heavy OC Jackson is in.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Scott Linehan's play-calling could ratchet up Romo's numbers
His numbers are bound to fall off in a more conservative attack.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
Coming off a second-straight off season in which he has had back surgery, Romo claims that he is healthier than he has felt in a few years. But the Cowboys have a pretty tough schedule. Don't expect much more than lower-end QB1 numbers in 12-team formats.
The talent is there as Dalton had 10 20+ fantasy point weeks in 2013 to go along with a positive 0.437 FFLockerRoom True Proficiency Game Average. http://fflockerroom.com/2014/07/25/2014-fantasy-football-draft-preparation-quarterback-proficiency/. The problem is that Hue Jackson wants to turn the Bengals into a rush-first offense. How much will that affect Dalton and the Cincinnati passing game? Enough to have us bring his fantasy value down to a QB2 in deeper fantasy leagues.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Just like Matt Ryan and Atlanta you can expect a lot of shootouts this season due to a horrendous Dallas Defense. This offseason the Cowboys went out and snatched up former Detroit Offensive Coordinator, Scott Linehan. Linehan is a pass-happy OC that is used to working with Top WR’s (Calvin/Moss) which is perfect for Dez Bryant. The past 3 season under OC Lineham, Matt Stafford averaged 42.7 Passing Attempts per game; expect an up-tick in Romo’s 33.4 Pass Attempts last season. Romo will be among the league leaders in Pass Attempts and Yards surrounded by lethal weapons which makes him a darkhourse at the possibility of a Top 5 Fantasy QB.
Previous OC Jay Gruden allowed Andy Dalton to toss 586 passes last season (The Red Rifle averaged 543 Passing Attempts over the past 3 Seasons). New OC Hue Jackson is dedicated to the ground game and the philosophy will be adapted in 2014. Cincinasty will see less pass and more of a ground game in 2014 as Bengals.com have been quoted saying that Dalton will be reduced in passing attempts somewhere near Russell Wilson‘s number of 407.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
Rounding out with Romo/Wilson/Cutler the back end of the QB1 group this year looks very deep. No reason to assume less than last year's 3800/31/10 line here, given Dallas' presumed struggles on defense and pass heavy tendencies.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Romo has the back injury to worry about but his system and weapons still give him a shot at top-10 numbers.
Dalton lost his offensive coordinator and probably maxed out in 2013. Could he be headed for a slight regression? Logic says it's likely.

Staff Rankings
2MugsFF
Looks way overrated compared to ADP, but the Cowboys' defense is awful, and Scott Linehan loves to throw the football. Could flirt with top 3 status.

Huseyin Aksu
Fantasy Couch
people hate him so he may slip several rounds

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
He'll be on most of my teams unless a top QB falls pretty far. I love that Scot Linehan will be calling the plays and that the Cowboys have no defense. It may not be pretty, but Romo will put up numbers on the quantity of attempts this year.

Expect regression with Hue Jackson going more run heavy
