The Fake Football
Lynch is the workhorse of that backfield for another year and that means production. Don't overthink this, he's still a stud and the Seahawks will run him into the ground this season.
Scott Linehan gave Reggie Bush and Joique Bell over 100 receptions last season and Murray should easily see 50 this year while also being the primary back along with goal line back.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Marshawn Lynch will see his carries reduced but will still likely see 300 plus touches with Christine Michael likely maxing out around the 150 range.
DeMarco Murray when healthy has top-five talent

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Good chance Seahawks start to dial back his workload this year.
Injury history is mildly concerning, but his talent is near-elite.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Lynch turns 28 years old and has 1,753 career carries. I think the plan is to have more of a timeshare this season with second-year RB Christine Michael and allow Lynch to depart in free agency next year, when they will need to free up money to sign QB Russell Wilson to a mega contract. It was good they were able to resolve Lynch's contract squabble early in training camp.
Health is always a concern with Murray, but he was the 7th ranked fantasy running back in 2013, thanks to 1,471 yards from scrimmage and 10 total touchdowns.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR

Scott Linehan's offense ranked in the top 20 in attempts just once while in Detroit, so the pass/run ratio could skew even heavier in Dallas this season... nevertheless, Murray has proven efficient and possesses game breaking ability.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
28 years old and 4.17 yards per carry on 301 rushing attempts. Seahawks OC Darrell Bevell says he will use a running back by committee approach this season. We all know that Lynch is still the #1 RB, but even at a 70/30 split with Christine Michael , this will hurt his fantasy value.
Games played: 2011 (13), 2012 (10), 2013 (14). If DeMarco can stay healthy for the first time in his career, he should finish in the top 10 in fantasy scoring for RBs. Odds are that he does not. This is too risky a pick this early in league drafts.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
The Seahawks love the run game and Lynch continues to get the goal-line work. He is a safe selection for 2014 and you have to love his toughness.
He had combined yards of almost 1,500 yards last year and double digit TDs. He is a solid PPR RB.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
Likely last year in Seattle, Micheal ready to carry more, and plenty of recent wear & tear.
6th best PPR back in 2013 could see a boost in recs with ex-DET OC Linehan now in Dallas.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Marshawn Lynch will still be the focal point in the Seattle Seahawks Offense in 2014. The Seahawks will still be sure to implement their future RB Christine Michael in the mix which should reduce Lynchís load by around 50-60 carries this season. This is not exactly a Running Back By Committee approach in Seattle, rather a lessening the load for the Beast Mode. Lynch ran for 1257/12 on 301 carries last season and should see about 260 carries this season. Due to the fact Beast Mode will still see the bulk of the goal line carries he remains a mid to low end RB1. The 28 year old still has some life, but the Seahawks want to preserve as much as possible for the Playoffs/Super Bowl. Keep in mind Lynch faces a very tough Fantasy Playoff Schedule: @PHI, SF, @ARI.
Murray surprisingly scored the 7th most Fantasy Points in the RB position last season. With the addition of OC Scott Linehan, we love Dallas for Fantasy Value. Linehan managed to get Rams Steven Jackson 90 catches in 2006. Reggie Bush caught 53 balls last year and Joique Bell caught 50+ balls in each season under Linehan. Itís safe to say Linehan will be very creative with Murray this season featuring him a lot in the passing game. This is actually good news for Murray as it will keep him healthy by limiting the running game, the same way they kept injury prone Reggie Bush healthy in Detroit. With the porous Dallas Defense expect many high scoring games and many shootouts as DeMarco Murray will be a major benefactor from this.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Lynch has been unstoppable the past three years and he's not slowing down now. The talented young backs behind him will have to wait.
Murray is a stud when healthy. Hopefully he can play in all 16 games this year.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
His future is up in the air in SEA, but he is good to go for 2014. Christine Michael (and even Turbin) is a must-own in 2014, but Lynch likely has one more year left as a top 6-10RB. Just know, he has more carries than any other back in the league over the last few years... he has some injury risk, which is why the handcuff(s) is so important.
Murray has the talent, but he still has a touch of injury risk to his name. Just a touch. Another strong season and he will shake that, but for me, Murray is a top 16-18 overall player, not a top 12 like some have him slotted. He can earn that value, no doubt, but I think it's better to minimize the risk and make him more of mid-to-late second, not a top 12 guy.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
The wear on Lynch's tires is starting to worry me a bit. Only reason he has slipped a couple of spots in our rankings.
I do think that when healthy and able to get the touches he deserves, DeMarco is a stud running back. But his lack of touches sometimes baffles me and his injury history gives me pause.

Brandon Funston
Yahoo! Sports
Rumors of his impending decline look premature - a vintage Beast-Mode performance in W1 (124 YFS, 2 TDs)
Have to like 118/1 rush line in W1 vs. SF even w/ DAL trailing big early since that could be common scenario for DAL in '14
