New York Giants gave up the 10th most fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 18.5.Dallas gave up the 17th fewest fantasy points to Quarterbacks last season with 16.7.
Taylor Smith
NFL Soup
Romo put up massive numbers last year, as he was essentially tasked with getting the Cowboys out of big-time deficits all season long. If the offensive line play can improve over where it was in 2012 (low hurdle), Romo should be in for another big season.Eli got off to a pretty solid start in '12, and then randomly turned in three consecutive clunkers against the Cowboys, Steelers and Bengals. He's a guy that'll put up 28 one week, then turn around and give you 10 the next. Pretty annoying if you're having to rely on him.
Muntradamus
Beast Dome
Romo still has the second best WR duo in the league of Austin Miles and Dez Bryant, along with star TE Jason Witten. You put Tom Brady with that group, and Tom Brady is probably the #1 QB in 2013. But this is Tony Romo, and Romo will make bad throws and fail when you need him the most. The offense is going to try running the ball more this season, which they should. But Romo will still get that 300 Yard/2 TD game more often than not.The Giants running game is down to David Wilson and Andre Brown, which means Eli will put the ball in the air. Hakeem Nicks is healthy, and he has a lot of room to make up for most improved player. Victor Cruz was just paid this offseason, and he has a chip on his shoulder after missing the 1,200 Yard/10 TD season. Brandon Myers is a slight downgrade from the big Martellus Bennett.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Romo had 747 passing yards in 2 games against the Giants last year, so he figures to have a big yardage day in the opener. The question is will he throw 3 touchdowns and 1 pick like he did in New York last year or 1 touchdown and 4 picks like he did in Dallas last year.Giants and Cowboys games seem to be loaded with offense since Romo and Manning have been the quarterbacks, but Eli had two below average games against the Cowboys where he failed to top 225 yards passing and threw one touchdown in two games. That's why I don't have him super high this week, but prior to last season he had some monster games against the Cowboys.
Jordan Tozzi
Legion Report
Not the 10th best QB in the NFL, but on a fantasy perspective, there is no denying Romoís ability to rack up points. Yes, he will burn you with games where he tosses 2-3 INTs, but Romo will also have games where he rolls up 300 yards and 3 TDs. The big play ability of Dez Bryant and Jason Witten gives Romo stable options from week to week. If you miss on the big boys, Romo is still considered lightly elite. His highs are high and his lows are low. For fantasy owners who had Manning last season, it was a bit of a roller coaster ride. It didnít help that his receiving corps were unhealthy the majority of the season. With all that being said, I do not trust Eli Manning if I want to win a fantasy championship.

Additions of Williams, Randle help solve depth issues, can keep going strong even if injuries at RB and WR strike; make no mistake Romo is still a high floor QB1A healthy Nicks is a major boost to Eli's fantasy value
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Romo is always a candidate for a big game at home, but Giants can have his # from time to time.Manning can certainly be elite any week, but Cowboys hosting this one and their pass D is talented.
Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Romo has always put up good fantasy numbers against the Giants. For his career he's averaging 269 yards passing and 2.7 touchdowns. Last year he averaged 372 yards passing and two touchdowns. He also threw a whole load of interceptions, but if he plays anything like last yearís season opener he's a top QB this week.In his career against Dallas Eli has averaged 250 yards and 2.2 touchdowns per game. But last season they had his number. He averaged just 202 yards passing and threw a total of one touchdown and one interception. He'll be heading back to Dallas where he had his worst game against them. The Cowboys have yet a new defensive coordinator and scheme with some talented players, but putting it all together in week one may be a tough job. I think this game turns into a shootout.
Staff Rankings
Fantasy Football Freaks
He averaged 26 points against the Giants in 2012. Look for a strong start in a divisional matchup.
