There is no better RB selection for PPR leagues than Jamaal Charles.
He is not a dynasty option at his age, but he should see a number of touches in NY as well as catches making him a nice PPR option. With Wilson out of the picture the only concern is losing goal line carries to Williams.

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
I'd be happy with any of the top three backs here.I believe Charles will once again be the Chiefs offense and that means lots of fantasy points. Yes Knile Davis will get some work, but we know who the stud is for KC.
Jennings will be the lead back for the Giants and will get plenty of receptions and carries. He may lose some goal line work to Andre Williams, but that's the nature of the NFL now. He's still a safe pick this late in the draft.

Tom Schriner
FFLockerRoom
The Chiefs offensive line is a bit of a worry but Charles should still dominate in 2014. Andy Reid installed his offense extremely quick in Kansas City and they should be even smoother in year two. Charles will once again be force in fantasy.
Jennings signed a long-term deal with the Giants and could easily be the starting tailback once the season gets underway.

Brandon Funston
Yahoo! Sports
Served up a colossal dud in W1 (11 touches, 34 YFS), and O line has issues, but HC Reid admits he underserved his star
Just 2.9 YPC in W1, but delivered 96 YFS, TD (50 rec yds); W/ Eli's pass struggles, Jennings likely to stay busy as receiver

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
JC Superstar should continue his fantasy dominance with checkdown king Alex Smith realizing Charles is probably his team's best receiver and using his track athlete burst to rack up a high yards per carry.
Rashad Jennings is in line to be the starter in New York but has to contend with impressive rookie Andre Williams for snaps. Jennings should start the season as the lead back and should be the third down back throughout the season but Williams looks much better as a pure runner and the Giants will transition to Williams once he works on his pass protection.

Sablich Brothers
The New York Times
Core O-line dismantled in free agency, TD production (19) tough to repeat.
Giants will deploy RBBC with or without Wilson in pads.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Charles led the lead in receiving targets last season with 104 while also running the ball 259 times! Andy Reid wants to limit his high workload slightly in 2014 as Charles touched the ball 21.9 times per game last year. Knile Davis is a safe and talented backup and will only be in while Charles rests. You can still expect 300 touches from Charles this season in Andy Reid’s Offensive Scheme. You know what you’re getting with Charles.
Jennings at the age of 29 will be the New York Giants “workhorse” in 2014. Jennings doesn’t have any tread on his tires as he’s only carried the ball 388 times in his NFL career. What we love most about Jennings is that he plays in the NFC East, so he’ll be playing the Cowboys and Redskins twice. Last season the Dallas Cowboys gave up an average of 23.0 Fantasy points per game to opposing running backs (Ranked last in the NFL against Fantasy RBs.) The Washington Redskins gave up an average of 20.1 Fantasy points per game to opposing RBs (Ranked 4th to last in the NFL against Fantasy RBs.) Their schedule outside of this is fairly tough, so expect some inconsistency out of Jennings this season, although his ability to catch the ball will help temper this as well as their very bad Offensive Line. With this being said the NYG’s are looking to implement a 3-Man RB rotation in order to keep Jennings fresh for the entire season. This will most likely be a rotation with recently cleared David Wilson and 0% agile goal line rookie runner Andre Williams.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
He's terrific, but it's mildly concerning that the KC O-line is in a state of transition.
In for a big role, but sketchy O-line is a concern, may not get goal-line work.

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Charles might carry the ball a little less but he's amazing and Andy Reid running backs own all.
He's 29 and has an injury history, but he's looked pretty good over the past year. I'll take him as a RB2, but not much more.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
More issues along the Chiefs line are troubling, even for a rusher of Charles' talent.
David Wilson's good health, coupled with rumours of a 3 back rotation does not bode well for Jennings in 2014.

Jeff Boggis
Fantasy Football Empire
Finished 3rd in rushing with 1,287 yards. Targeted 104 times with 7 TDs in passing game. I expect a lighter workload for Charles in 2014, as he averaged almost 22 touches per game. It will be tough for him to repeat 7 rec TDs, but still worthy of a top three pick.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Despite turning 28 years old this year, Charles has only 1043 career carries and 222 career receptions. He should be a good bet to repeat his strong season in Andy Reid's friendly running back offense. The Chiefs offensive line is a mess, which is the main reason I flipped Peterson and Charles.
Jennings did well in limited action with the Oakland Raiders, rushing 163 times for 733 yards and six rushing touchdowns. He also added 26 receptions for 292 yards. Jennings is the back to own in NY, but keep an eye on rookie Andre Williams.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Injuries to the line have us worried a bit, but not enough to knock him out of our top 3.
The runner looks fantastic so far this preseason. If he stays healthy, he could have a very underrated season, and I'm talking high-end RB2 type season.
