With former teammate James Jones moving on the Oakland, it puts Cobb into a position to become a favorite and see even more targets from quarterback Aaron Rodgers. In the 4 games prior to his broken leg this past season, Cobb posted 25 receptions for 325 yards with two touchdowns. Looking at those numbers being projected over a full season, Cobb was on pace to posted 100 receptions for 1,300 yards and eight touchdowns.
Signed a 3-year, $11.3 million dollar contract with the Raiders. Jones, 30, set a career high in yards (817) last season with Green Bay, scoring just 3 touchdowns after leading the NFL in touchdown catches (14) the previous year. He gives the Raiders a physical presence with an ability to win contested catches and stretch the field. Unfortunately, Jones going to quarterback-less Oakland could be a death knell for his fantasy outlook.

Sablich Brothers
The NY Times
Underwhelming camp and fragile frame raise some red flags.
Oakland's projected WR1.

James Hatfield
Hatty Waiver Wire Guru
Will draw a ton of target from Aaron Rodgers, but does have weekly bust potentially because Rodgers does like to spread the ball around.
Matt Schaub will find James Jones and Jones has potential to way outperform his average draft pick.

Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Will post monster numbers if he makes it through season healthy
Should still find WR3 value in Oakland whether Schaub or Carr

Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Broken leg prevented another 80+ catch season. Could do even more damage in 2014.
Solid possession guy who Schaub should look to a lot. Probably WR3 but could chase WR2 value.

Tozzi Brothers
Legion Report
Many are expecting Cobb to compete for the top spot in receptions for 2014. At age 23, Cobb is a big name with not much on his resume other than the players and organization he is surrounded with. Cobb emerged in 2012 as Green Bay’s No. 3 Option at WR, yielding 955 Receiving Yards, 80 Receptions and 8 TDs. His season last year was cut short after 6 Games when suffering a broken leg. With the 2014 season rapidly approaching, Cobb enters a contract year which always sends fantasy owners buzzing. We expect Cobb to be a vital part of the Green Bay attack and see him hitting the triple-digit mark in Receptions. Look for +100 Receptions, 1150/1200 Receiving Yards and 7-8 TDs in 2014.

Smitty
Fantasy Football Starters
Always an injury risk, and always full of 100 reception upside.

Jon Collins
Fantasy Sports LR
Pack tells us (as they did last year) he could be a 100 catch guy.

Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
We have seen Cobb's potential, but his season was cut short last year due to a fractured his right tibia. That is not the type of injury that would seem to be chronic, I would expect Cobb to stay healthy and have a big 2014 season. He is entering a contract year and will benefit greatly if the Packers can run 75 plays per game.

Pat Fitzmaurice
The Football Girl
Even if you don't like small WRs, the talent/situation combo is alluring.
Oakland WRs are tough to peg, but Jones has a starting role nailed down.

Brandon Funston
Yahoo! Sports
Healthy 9 targets in W1 (6/58/1); GB should take a page from SEA playbook for Harvin and run some fly sweeps for Cobb

Chet Gresham
The Fake Football
Cobb's injury history is worrisome, but his upside in the quick hitting Packers offense is crazy high. Without a strong tight end the Packers need him for those short receptions and he has the ability to break one or two of those for long gainers each game.
