With more and more fantasy owners opting to wait on the quarterback and tight end positions in drafts, streaming each position has become a viable option. This is made easier by the fact that there are usually solid options on the waiver wire. Each week this column will scour the waiver wire and look for quarterbacks and tight ends who are less than 50% owned and could be worth starting for your fantasy team. All ownership percentages come from Yahoo fantasy leagues.

Quarterback
Tyrod Taylor – Buffalo Bills (46% owned)
@ New England Patriots
Taylor will be taking on the Patriots for the second time this season. In their first matchup in Week 2, he accounted for four touchdowns, three through the air and one on the ground. He also threw three interceptions in the game. He likely won’t take New England by surprise this time around, but he still offers considerable upside. The Patriots are currently allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing signal callers. Add in the rushing yardage he gets from week to week and the fact Buffalo will need to throw often to keep up with an explosive Patriots’ offense and you have a relatively safe streaming option.
Marcus Mariota – Tennessee Titans (42% owned)
vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Mariota struggled against the Panthers last week, but Carolina has been really tough on opposing quarterbacks as they are allowing just 15.6 fantasy points per game to the position. Look for a bounce back performance from Mariota this week in a considerably easier matchup against the Jaguars. Mariota has been a worthwhile streamer when he’s had good matchups this season and Jacksonville is giving up the ninth-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks and is ranked twenty-ninth in DVOA by Football Outsiders.
Tight End
Eric Ebron – Detroit Lions (31% owned)
vs. Oakland Raiders
Ebron gets a plus matchup in Week 11 against a Raiders’ defense that is allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends at 13.4. Ebron continues to show flashes this season, and even though his production has tailed off after a hot start, he remains prominently involved in Detroit’s offense. He saw eight targets last week against the Packers and has seen less than five targets in just one game this year.
Jacob Tamme – Atlanta Falcons (19% owned)
vs. Indianapolis Colts
All of a sudden, Tamme has become a big part of Atlanta’s pass offense, as he’s been the third option for Matt Ryan as of late. Over his past five games, he’s seen 43 targets, catching 30 of those for 326 yards and one touchdown. He should continue to see a heavy workload, as Leonard Hankerson has been banged up and it appears Roddy White has been phased out of the offense. The Colts have struggled to defend opposing tight ends as they are allowing the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position.
