Jameis Winston (QB – TB): at SD
Scott’s Rank: QB10 | Consensus Rank: QB16
“The quarterbacks I have Jameis Winston ranked over are mostly dealing with offensive injuries and or concerns, combined with less favorable matchups. On the road, across the country may not seem like a favorable spot for Winston against an improving Chargers defense, but he is facing Philip Rivers. Rivers usually is going to either put up a lot of points or turn the ball over and more often than not, both. Thus, there should be either plenty of scoring or opportunities for Winston and the Bucs who are on a 3 game winning streak. Over his last 4 games, Winston is averaging 34 pass attempts, 281 yards and 2 TDs.”

Mark Ingram (RB – NO): vs. DET
Greg’s Rank: RB7 | Consensus Rank: RB16
“Despite their respective records, the Saints are a much better football team than the Lions, and the Las Vegas oddsmakers agree. They’ve made the Saints 6-point favorites with a huge over/under of 53.5 total points. If the Saints are slated to win big, Ingram should be a prominent part of the scoring equation, assuming he is healthy enough to play.”
Greg Smith (TwoQBs)

Theo Riddick (RB – DET): at NO
Scott’s Rank: RB9 | Consensus Rank: RB17
“It seems easy to like a pass catching running back in what is by far Week 13’s highest over/under. Throw in the fact that it’s indoors and at New Orleans, and you have a great spot for fantasy points and production. Riddick has 15 targets and 13 receptions in his last 2 games and is averaging double-digit rushing attempts through his last 6 games. He is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball in open space. Additionally, the Saints have given up the 5th most fantasy points to running backs this season.”
Scott Whitfield (Roto Rankings)

Julian Edelman (WR – NE): vs. LA
Kevin’s Rank: WR8 | Consensus Rank: WR14
“Edelman had a season-high 17 targets (44.74% target share) with Gronk sidelined just two weeks ago. In fact, he has double-digit targets in back-to-back games, seven-plus catches in three straight and his three highest weekly yardage totals this season have come in each of the past three games. Expecting him to get double-digit targets (12 or so) in a plus matchup (LA, 8th-most FPA to WRs) for a team with the second-highest implied total, Edelman could finish as a top-10 performer this week.”
Kevin Hanson (EDSFootball)

Jamison Crowder (WR – WAS): at ARI
Sean’s Rank: WR19 | Consensus Rank: WR26
“With Jordan Reed out, I feel that should give Crowder enough volume to overcome the tough matchup. Cousins is on fire right now which helps give Crowder a high floor in my eyes. When Reed missed weeks 6 & 7, Crowder put up 10+ standard points in each game.”
Sean Koerner (STATS)

C.J. Fiedorowicz (TE – HOU): at GB
Heath’s Rank: TE6 | Consensus Rank: TE11
“Fiedorowicz ranks 12th in targets at the tight end position despite being targeted a total of four times over the first three games of the season. The Green Bay Packers have been generous to opposing tight ends, as they are next-to-last in yards allowed to the position in 2016. As Brock Osweiler’s primary target, Fiedorowicz carries a very safe floor this week in a good matchup. The potential icing on the cake is the chance of snow at Green Bay this weekend. Osweiler already struggles to pass deep downfield, so any adverse weather conditions would only further enhance Fiedorowicz’s chances at having a solid game.”

Cam Newton (QB – CAR): at SEA
Greg’s Rank: QB20 | Consensus Rank: QB13
“Carolina has the NFL’s 22nd-ranked pass protection by Football Outsiders’ Adjusted Sack Rate metric, and the Panthers are onto their third-string center with Gino Gradkowski and Ryan Kalil now on injured reserve. Their weakness in the trenches should be exposed in Seattle, one of the league’s toughest road venues. Ultimately, Cam’s production simply hasn’t lived up to his name value, and I won’t bet on an outlier performance against the Seahawks’ top-5 defense.”
– Greg Smith (TwoQBs)

Jay Ajayi (RB – MIA): at BAL
John’s Rank: RB19 | Consensus Rank: RB14
“The Ravens have yielded the fewest rushing yards and rushing touchdowns on the year, and the Dolphins’ offensive line is banged up. If they get a couple of lineman back, Ajayi may move up a bit in my rankings.”
– John Paulsen (4for4)

Doug Martin (RB – TB): at SD
Matt’s Rank: RB17 | Consensus Rank: RB12
“Although the Chargers present a generally favorable matchup for Doug Martin, he now has 99 touches on the year and only one touchdown to show for it. Total yardage numbers are great but your studs need to hit pay dirt to win games for fantasy owners. I’m just not comfortable enough with him to give him a full-throated endorsement. If someone could guarantee me that Tampa Bay would be playing from the lead and giving Doug a ton of carries all game long, I’d feel much more strongly about him in Week 13.”
– Matt De Lima (ScoutFantasy)

Kelvin Benjamin (WR – CAR): at SEA
Scott’s Rank: WR36 | Consensus Rank: WR24
“I’m not high on Benjamin at all this week. He’s on the road in Seattle and will likely see a good share of Richard Sherman. Even if the Panthers were running on all cylinders this would be a tough matchup, but the offensive line will be without their center and right tackle and the backup center is also out. Combine all that with Benjamin having just 5 receptions in his last 2 games and was even pulled briefly last week because of a shoulder issue; I can’t confidently start him.”
Scott Whitfield (Roto Rankings)

Tyreek Hill (WR – KC): at ATL
Emil’s Rank: WR33 | Consensus Rank: WR25
“Hill will be going up against the Atlanta Falcons who have the 6th worst defense against WR fantasy scoring, yielding 36 FPTs a game. Over the last four games, the Falcons average has soared to 43 FPTs a game vs. WRs, mainly because of Green Bay in Week 8. Hence, Tyreek Hill has a very positive matchup versus the Falcons. The obstacle is Jeremy Maclin. If Maclin plays, this could limit Hill. If Maclin is declared inactive or will play but considered limited, I will bump up Hill to a top-24 wideout, but for now, his status is dependent on Maclin’s status.”
Emil Kadlec (Football Diehards)

Antonio Gates (TE – SD): vs. TB
John’s Rank: TE14 | Consensus Rank: TE7
“I’ll admit that this ranking is partly because Gates didn’t get targeted last week, but it also has to with Philip Rivers’ assortment of weapons. Rivers seems to like WRs Tyrell Williams and (to a lesser extent) Dontrelle Inman, and proved over the last two games that he won’t hesitate to look for Hunter Henry in the red zone. I don’t hate Gates in this spot, but I’m fine with not liking him as much as everyone else.”
