FanDuel Projected Ownership: Week 13
Let’s take a look at the highest projected ownership levels on FanDuel for each position in Week 13.
Drew Brees (NO): $9,300 vs. DET (14.4% Own%)
Drew Brees is pricey this weekend, but I still think he should be used in your cash game lineup. Brees has been historically great in the Superdome and he has thrown at least three touchdowns in every home game, minus the game against the Seahawks. The matchup is great against this week against the Lions, who have struggled at defending the pass this season.
David Johnson (ARI): $9,200 vs. WAS (44.7% Own%)
You really cannot go wrong with either David Johnson or Le’Veon Bell this week, but I give a very slight edge to Johnson in a better matchup against the Redskins. The Redskins have been terrible against the run this season, and their secondary is actually pretty good. Therefore, I expect the Cardinals to continue to ride their greatest weapon since Carson Palmer has struggled big time this season.
Antonio Brown (PIT): $9,000 vs. NYG (31.1% Own%)
Antonio Brown is the definition of consistency with at least five receptions and 76 yards in each of his last four games. The Steelers perform much better at home, so Brown is definitely in a good spot if you want to use him in cash games. However, I do not think it is necessary to pay up at wide receiver this week since there are plenty of value options in great spots available at the position.
Jimmy Graham (SEA): $6,400 vs. CAR (17.3% Own%)
Jimmy Graham is in a great spot against the Panthers this week, who have allowed the third-most FanDuel points to tight ends this season. However, I don’t think I will be using him in cash games since he has been pretty inconsistent this season. I would much rather save some salary at tight end and pay up at other positions this week.
Cairo Santos (KC): $4,700 at ATL (15.7% Own%)
Cairo Santos has done pretty well this season and is in a great spot in Week 13. This game with the Falcons is expected to be high scoring and the Chiefs should be able to move the ball pretty easily against a terrible Falcons’ defense. This should provide Santos ample opportunities to put up some points this week.
Denver Broncos (DEN): $5,000 at JAC (27.4% Own%)
The Broncos’ defense was destroyed by essentially one man (Tyreek Hill) last Sunday night. However, they still have a great defense and now they have a great matchup against the Jaguars. Blake Bortles has been awful this season and the Jaguars’ running game is pretty depleted right now with injuries to Chris Ivory and T.J. Yeldon.
