For those of you who are still playing, I’m sorry. Nobody should be subjected to the guessing game that is Week 17 in the NFL. There are plenty of teams with nothing to play for, and plenty of other teams whose playoff spot locked in, so they have nothing to play for. There are also a few teams who need a win to get in, and those are the players you want on your team.

Among the teams that don’t have much to play for and may take this week to rest some of their starters are the Chiefs, Steelers, Jaguars, Eagles, and Rams. Those are the teams you hope to avoid this week, though the Jaguars seem to be set on playing their starters. Just know that there is some risk involved with playing them.
