DraftKings MLB Lineup Advice: Saturday (5/19)

Welcome to DraftKings MLB Saturday! Usually for this weekly article, I recommend two stacks to play in hopes that they score a bunch of runs, but we’re going to mix it up this week and go with preferred plays at each position based on some insights. Weather is going to be something to watch out for tonight with plenty of games in jeopardy of being postponed. Having been an MLB DFS addict for far too long, I feel like a meteorologist at this point, but I’m actually not so make sure to check the weather before locking in any of these plays.

It’s an 11-game slate tonight with Max Scherzer leading the way for pitchers at a robust $14,000. That may be a little outside of my price range. On the hitting side, targeting some hitters in that White Sox-Rangers game may have paid dividends last night with 17 combined runs and the pitching matchup looks just as bad tonight. As a White Sox fan that has witnessed some pretty terrible White Sox pitching staffs over the last 20 years or so, I can honestly say that this may be the worst I’ve ever seen. Don’t ever hesitate to stack against them. Lucas Giolito and his 6.91 ERA will be on the mound for us tonight and he’s not even the worst starter in our rotation (thanks, Carson Fulmer).
