Mike Tagliere’s Week 5 Fantasy Football Rankings

We’re now one-quarter the way through the NFL season and that’s depressing for some of us. For others, they cannot wait until they stop seeing their lineups decimated by injuries, suspensions, and holdouts. But with us being this far into the season, we’ve got more information than ever to help make informed fantasy decisions. Are they all going to be right? Absolutely not. It’s why we love the game and why the saying “Any Given Sunday” actually means something. I mean, remember just two weeks ago when Ryan Fitzpatrick was the MVP, Will Dissly was the No. 1 tight end, and Jesse James was the No. 2 tight end? Life comes at you fast.

We must adapt to things that are changing, and that’s what we do The Primer for. It’s there where we go through every fantasy relevant player from every game and discuss why that player should be moving up or down your rankings. Whether it be snap counts, injuries, or cornerback matchups, it’s all covered there. The Primer comes out every Thursday morning, so if you’re wondering why a player is higher or lower than you’d think, the answer will be in there. Until then, enjoy the snapshot of my early Week 5 rankings.
