The game of fantasy football has changed in many ways over recent years in correlation with changes to the National Football League. Long gone are the days where a majority of teams use a bell-cow running back as a feature of their offense. More and more we’re seeing specialist running backs that focus in a specific area, goal-line work, first- and second-down rushers, third-down and pass-catching specialists. This has resulted in a changing landscape of fantasy running backs, and owners need to approach the position differently than they have in the past.
