Kyle Yates’ 2021 NFL Draft Prospect Rankings: Quarterback

Everything rises and falls on QBs in the NFL. If you have a capable QB behind center, you stand a chance of competing deep into the playoffs. If you don’t, you’re destined to watch the playoffs from your couch.

Getting the QB position right in the NFL is tricky, but it’s incredibly important. Being able to find that right player in the NFL Draft is even more of an advantage though due to the decreased salary that they come with for the first several years of their career. If a team can find “their guy” in the NFL Draft and then build around him on his rookie deal, they stand a very good chance of competing for championships every year.

With that in mind, it’s beneficial to look ahead to the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft and try to identify which of these players could help lead a faltering NFL franchise and turn around their misfortunes. There are several good QBs up at the top, but what order should they be drafted in? Who should you look at first in your fantasy football rookie drafts?
