Fantasy Football Injury Updates

Russell Wilson (concussion) to be a ‘full go’ this week

Russell Wilson will be a full go this week, per Nathaniel Hackett.

Fantasy Impact

Wilson reportedly cleared concussion protocols last week but still was ruled out. He should return this week for Sunday’s game against the Rams. Courtland Sutton also returned to practice on Wednesday, a good sign for the Broncos offense to try and find some signs of life to end the season.

Treylon Burks (concussion) practices Wednesday

Treylon Burks practiced again on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Burks practiced on back-to-back days which have been his first practices since he first suffered his concussion in Week 13. It looks like he is on track to returning this week where he’ll be a risky WR3 with Ryan Tannehill likely sidelined and with the Texans pass defense being solid this season.

Chris Olave (hamstring) remains sidelined in practice Wednesday

Chris Olave missed practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

This is the second straight missed practice for Olave, so it raises some concern. He will likely have to practice in some capacity on Thursday to have a good chance of playing on Saturday against the Browns.

Jeff Wilson Jr. (hip) limited in practice Wednesday

Jeff Wilson Jr. was limited in practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

It was reported that Wilson was “close” to playing in Week 15 so the limited practice to open the week is a good sign for his status to return this week. He will likely return to a committee with Raheem Mostert which makes this a tough situation to trust for fantasy managers.
