Fantasy Football Injury Updates
Lamar Jackson (knee) uncertain for Sunday’s game
Lamar Jackson’s (knee) status for Sunday’s playoff game against the Bengals remains uncertain.
Fantasy Impact
Jackson is said to still be facing an uphill battle to be ready for Sunday night’s Wild Card game in Cincinnati. The star QB has not been in action since Week 13 due to a PCL sprain. This is not an encouraging report for the Ravens who dropped three of their final four games of the regular season and have failed to score more than 17 points in any of the last six weeks. Tyler Huntley would likely draw the start under center for the Ravens if Jackson cannot go.
Nate Miller
Tua Tagovailoa (head) officially ruled out for Sunday
Dolphins’ QB Tua Tagovailoa has officially been ruled out ahead of Miami’s Wild Card matchup with the Bills as he continues to nurse a brain injury.
Fantasy Impact
Tagovailoa has yet to be cleared for football activities following his third sustained concussion of the 2022-23 NFL season. Tua has now been sidelined since Christmas Day, and there is no guarantee he would be available to return for the divisional round even if Miami is able to upset Buffalo on Sunday. Rookie QB Skylar Thompson looks likely to start for the Dolphins this week ahead of Teddy Bridgewater, who is dealing with a hand injury of his own.
Dan Tursky
Kenneth Walker III (ankle) misses practice Wednesday
Kenneth Walker III was sidelined in practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Walker was listed as a full participant in practice on Tuesday, so this is likely a rest day for him. Assuming he returns to practice on Thursday, he should be good to go for Saturday’s wildcard game against the 49ers.
