Henry To’oTo’o Dynasty Rookie Draft Outlook

To’oTo’o might have the best instincts in this LB class, he has speed and is scheme versatile, but he lacks the ability to take on blockers. To’oTo’o is always in the right spot, especially in RPOs or diagnosing screen plays, and he can run sideline to sideline, but he’ll try to work around blocks instead of taking them on and shedding them. To’oTo’o can get washed out of a run play if he gets picked up by an OL and can lose a battle to an RB on a blitz. To’oTo’o has the highest floor of this LB group, in my opinion, but if he can’t get better at shedding blocks, he’ll be stuck on the bench. To’oTo’o is an asset on the field as a leader and will be a great addition to any team.

Henry To’oTo’o 2023 NFL Draft Outlook

A four-year starter with a strong motor and outstanding speed, quickness, and range, he seems tailor-made for the modern game from an athletic standpoint and showed some improvement in his game this past season, but is still raw for someone who’s spent four years in major programs and might struggle to mix things up between the tackles at the next level. Has clear starting-level talent if teams believe he can continue to hone his instincts, add functional strength, and clean up his tackling.
