Tua Tagovailoa: Dolphins exploring all options at QB
According to Josina Anderson of CBS Sports HQ, the Miami Dolphins are expected to explore all their options at quarterback ahead of the 2023 season with QB Tua Tagovailoa’s fifth-year option approaching.

Anderson says that some people within the Dolphins organization are exploring the possibility of moving on from Tagovailoa due to injury history. Tagovailoa enters his fourth season in the NFL and has an extensive injury history, and the due diligence goes beyond his play on the field, Anderson said. The deadline to pick up Tagovailoa’s fifth-year option is May 1, 2023.

Tony Pollard to receive franchise tag if no deal gets done
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Dallas Cowboys plan on setting their franchise tag to RB Tony Pollard if no long-term deal is found.
Fantasy Impact
The deadline quickly approaches for players to be given the franchise tag, and by placing a tag the Cowboys could buy themselves a few months to work out a long-term deal. A few complications that could interfere with the process include the contract and status of RB Ezekiel Elliott and Pollard’s fracture to his leg suffered in the postseason. Regardless, Rapoport says the Cowboys intend on Pollard playing in Dallas in 2023.
