Yusei Kikuchi Under 6.0 Strikeouts
Fading the Twins has worked remarkably well, but they have also gone against some really solid pitching. Tonight, we actually think they’re going to do alright against Blue Jays starter Yusei Kikuchi, even though Kikuchi’s numbers are decent this season.
The main reason we like Kikuchi’s under is that he does not pitch late into games. He has not gone more than 5.0 innings since May 7, and two of his last five starts have seen him fail to pitch five full innings. He did strike out eight his last time out, but his three games before that saw him strike out just four, five, and three. The Twins will chase him early, and he will end with four or five strikeouts.
