Spencer Strider (elbow) may pitch in at least one spring game
Braves right-hander Spencer Strider may pitch in at least one spring training game as he recovers from an internal brace procedure on his right elbow.
Fantasy Impact
Strider is a certainty to begin the season on the injured list but fantasy managers shouldn’t expect a lengthy delay as he is likely to return in late April. The 26-year-old made just two appearances before underdoing the knife in 2024 and most recently worked to a 3.86 ERA (albeit alongside a 2.85 FIP) and a monstrous 29.2% K-BB% across 32 starts in the 2023 campaign.

Lance McCullers Jr. (forearm) rehab ‘going well’
Lance McCullers Jr. told reporters that his rehab is “going well.”
Fantasy Impact
McCullers said he has thrown in the bullpen seven times. He is expected to face live hitters soon and hopes to pitch in some Grapefruit League games before the end of camp and debut in Triple-A rehab early in the season.

Brayan Bello has resumed throwing after he was shut down due to minor shoulder soreness.
