We’re mock drafting a 10-team, half-PPR league with a standard roster. I’ll walk you through my mid-round picks and let you judge for yourself. Here are a few mid-round fantasy football draft picks I like to target.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft: Mid-Round Picks to Target
Whether you’re just starting fantasy football mock draft season, or it never ends in the first place, mock drafts are a great tool to give you a leg up in any league. Of course, we’re using FantasyPros’ mock draft simulator, the best mock draft tool out there.
5.08: Xavier Worthy (WR – KC)
I’m willing to reach for a higher-ceiling player here, given my roster construction so far. If Kansas City’s offense bounces back, Xavier Worthy’s stock should pay dividends.
6.03: Courtland Sutton (WR – DEN)
Courtland Sutton should still be the top option for a sophomore Bo Nix in Denver. There’s no reason to think Sutton couldn’t see another 135 targets as he did last season. His 18 touchdowns over the last two seasons might not sustain, but if they do, this pick hits big.
7.08: Joe Mixon (RB – HOU)
I went with Joe Mixon as my RB2 because of how deeply injury news has plummeted his stock. Mixon’s 1,300+ all-purpose yards and 12 touchdowns made him the RB7 from Weeks 6-18. I’m not worried about Nick Chubb. If Mixon is healthy, he’s still the first option in that backfield.
8.03: Mark Andrews (TE – BAL)
I guess we’re really stacking Ravens now. Mark Andrews won’t last until the eighth round for long. Isaiah Likely could be looking at an extended absence, which means Andrews will have the coveted tight end targets virtually all to himself.
9.08: Rhamondre Stevenson (RB – NE)
Given Joe Mixon’s injury status, I wanted a running back I could roll out in Week 1 if necessary. Rhamondre Stevenson should be the Patriots’ primary back to start the season. Second-round rookie TreVeyon Henderson is talented, but reports out of camp at the moment are that Stevenson is leading the way.
