Are you growing tired of redraft and elementary dynasty fantasy football? Want to dig deeper and draft a pipeline of young prospects while they’re still amateurs? You should join a devy fantasy football league.
Devy is like a dynasty league on steroids, where you can draft and stash players as soon as they enroll in college. Unlike the Campus 2 Canton (C2C) format, you don’t score any fantasy points from your prospects’ college production. Instead, you secure their rights if they ever make it to the NFL.
The devy format requires a bit more research than your standard dynasty league, but the FantasyPros staff is here for those unable to put in the work. Last month, we released our top devy draft targets. Now, we’re looking at the overall top 20 devy assets.

Top 20 Devy Fantasy Football Assets
Round One
1. Jeremiah Smith (WR – Ohio State)
Jeremiah Smith is a dominant receiver with elite separation skills and pro-ready traits. Finished his freshman campaign with 76 receptions for 1,315 yards and 15 touchdowns, shattering freshman records previously held by Hall of Famer Cris Carter. Would have been in contention for No. 1 overall pick if eligible for 2025 NFL Draft.
2. Ryan Williams (WR – Alabama)
Electric after the catch and one of the youngest breakout stars in college football. Ryan Williams blends elite speed and fluidity with exceptional ball skills. Lack of volume in Alabama’s offense impacts his numbers, but he still hauled in 48 receptions for 865 yards and eight touchdowns during his freshman season.
3. Jeremiyah Love (RB – Notre Dame)
Smooth runner with vision, pass-catching ability and home-run speed. Jeremiyah Love is the consensus RB1 in college football after racking up 1,125 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground last season.
4. DJ Lagway (QB – Florida)
DJ Lagway is a high-upside dual-threat quarterback with a strong arm and plus-mobility. You’ll have to wait an extra year on his services, but the 2027 draft-eligible quarterback has the skillset we look for in fantasy football.
5. LaNorris Sellers (QB – South Carolina)
After breaking out late last season, LaNorris Sellers is being viewed as a dark horse to be selected No. 1 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft. He has the ideal size and arm strength for the position, but his ability to extend plays with his legs adds another dimension to his game.
6. Arch Manning (QB – Texas)
With unmatched pedigree and a starting position locked up, Arch Manning’s mental processing and arm talent make him a high-ceiling dynasty stash. He’s received fewer opportunities than others in his class, but that’s going to change this season.
7. Nicholas Singleton (RB – Penn State)
A physical specimen with track-star speed and ideal size, Nicholas Singleton can take any carry to the house and shows workhorse durability. He was widely expected to enter the 2025 NFL Draft, but he chose to run it back for another shot at a National Championship.
8. Carnell Tate (WR – Ohio State)
Carnell Tate plays second-fiddle (52 receptions, 733 receiving yards, four touchdowns in 2024) to Jeremiah Smith in Ohio State’s offense, but his body control and smooth route running make him a possible future top-20 NFL draft pick. With Emeka Egbuka drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in round one of the 2025 NFL Draft, Tate should receive more opportunities this season.
9. Cam Coleman (WR – Auburn)
Physical and explosive, Cam Coleman is a contested-catch monster with rare twitch for his size. After a slow start to his freshman campaign, Coleman had a late-season breakout, racking up 22 receptions for 306 yards and six touchdowns over the final three contests. He profiles as a future No. 1 WR in the NFL.
10. Jordyn Tyson (WR – Arizona State)
After a breakout 2024 season, Jordyn Tyson is in contention to be the first receiver selected in the 2026 NFL Draft. He’s a tier behind the top devy wide receivers, but he’s a nice consolation prize for those with late first-round draft selections.
