Fantasy Football IDP Start/Sit Lineup Advice: Week 10 (2025)

Week 9 of the NFL season had its ups and downs. We saw some big plays on both sides of the ball, but the injury monster continues to ravage NFL locker rooms. Week 10 is here, and Thursday Night Football lived up to expectations and gave us a competitive but low scoring affair between division rivals in the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders. Looking ahead to this weekend, we will take a look at five players fantasy managers should do their best to plug into their lineups and five others who are better left on benches despite promising upside. Let’s dig in.

Fantasy Football IDP Start/Sit Week 10

Start em

Germaine Pratt (LB – LV)
Germaine Pratt was excellent in Week 9, tallying four solos, four assists, one tackle for loss, and one pass defended on 92 percent of the snaps. Germaine saw his snaps drop from 79 percent in his first game with the Colts to 48 percent in Week 8, so it’s encouraging to see him log a season high in snap share as far as his Colts tenure is concerned. Consider him back in the LB2 mix ahead of a plus Week 10 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Start him with confidence where needed.

Laiatu Latu (DE – IND)
Laiatu Latu was excellent in Week 9, tallying four solos, two assists, 2.5 sacks, and three tackles for loss. Latu has started to catch fire for the Colts as he is now up to five sacks on the season, with four of them coming in his last three contests. The talented Colts’ edge rusher also has two interceptions on the year, adding to his potential weekly upside. Tap Latu as a borderline DL2 option for a plus Week 10 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

Joey Bosa (DE – BUF)
Joey Bosa was excellent in Week 9, racking up two solos, one assist, one sack, and two tackles for loss. The older Bosa is up to four sacks on the season, with a sack in each of his last two games. Joey has played above 55 percent of the snaps in seven of his eight contests, and above 67 percent in five of those eight. Fire Bosa up as a top-25 option, thanks to a tasty Week 10 matchup against the struggling Miami Dolphins.

Odafe Oweh (DE/LB – LAC)
Odafe Oweh was excellent in Week 9, racking up two solos, one assist, two sacks, and two tackles for loss. Odafe has registered four sacks in his three games since being traded to the Chargers, and is once again looking like the breakout edge rusher who tallied double-digit sacks last season (10) for the Baltimore Ravens. Fire Oweh up as a DL2 option for a plus Week 10 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Malaki Starks (S – BAL)
Starks was excellent in Week 9, tallying five solos, one interception, and one pass defended in his best fantasy game of the year. There is more hope for Starks now that he looks more comfortable in the free safety role with Kyle Hamilton moving to the slot to facilitate keeping him on the field (new acquisition Alohi Gilman is playing deep, where Starks was becoming a liability). Malaki has recorded five solos in back-to-back games and can be counted as an upside DB3 option going forward. Treat him as such for a plus Week 10 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

Sit em

Mohamoud Diabate (LB – CLE)
Mohamoud Diabate showed up in Week 8, tallying five solos, one tackle for loss, and one forced fumble on a season-high 37 percent of the snaps. Diabate has been a non-factor this season and is simply not seeing enough snaps to be plugged into lineups. We will need to see him secure an expanded role or produce consistently on his extremely limited snaps before even considering him roster worthy outside of 20+ team leagues. Look elsewhere for your Week 10 LB3.

Walter Nolen III (DT – ARI)
Walter Nolen made an impact in his NFL debut, finishing with three solos, one assist, one sack, two tackles for loss, and one pass defended. The first round pick made enough waves to stash where roster space allows, but considering he likely only played 55 percent of the snaps in Week 9 due to his success, a wait-and-see approach is recommended with the talented rookie.

LaCale London (DE – ATL)
LaCale showed up in Week 9, generating four solos, one assist, two sacks, two tackles for loss, and one forced fumble. The sacks were the first of the season for London, who missed three contests with a triceps injury. For now, treat LaCale as deep league radar worthy and a potential add in 32-team leagues, but those in 12-team leagues need not apply, despite a plus Week 10 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

Brandon Dorlus (DE – ATL)
Dorlus went off against New England, racking up three solos, one assist, two sacks, and two tackles for loss. The Falcons’ defensive end is quietly up to 3.5 sacks on the season, with all of his sacks coming in two of his eight games. This was the first time since the bye that he has seen north of 50 percent of the snaps. Dorlus belongs on radars in 20+ team leagues, but can be safely ignored in 12-team formats until he shows a little more consistency. Look elsewhere for your Week 10 DL3.

Denzel Burke (CB – ARI)
The rookie corner was forced into an expanded role in Week 9 due to an injury to Max Melton (concussion) and responded with six solos, one assist, one interception, and two passes defended. Burke was highly impressive, but he does not rise to the level of a startable option for Week 10, even if Melton is ruled out. Look elsewhere for Week 10 despite the impressive fantasy line.
