Fantasy Football Start’em, Sit’em Lineup Advice

Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAC)

Lawrence has been a solid streaming option for fantasy players in 2025, averaging 16.4 fantasy points per game. The former Clemson star has averaged 1.4 passing touchdowns and 17 fantasy points per game since the Jaguars’ Week 8 bye, totaling 17.1 or more in 60% of the contests. Furthermore, he is using his legs, averaging 5.4 rushing attempts for 24.4 yards, 0.6 touchdowns, and six fantasy points per game on the ground over the past five weeks. More importantly, Lawrence has a fantasy-friendly matchup on Sunday against the division rivals.

Last week, C.J. Stroud had only nine fantasy points against the Colts after failing to throw a touchdown. However, the Houston Texans had two rushing touchdowns, including one by Nico Collins. Furthermore, Stroud played well, completing 62.9% of his pass attempts for 276 yards. More importantly, Indianapolis had surrendered 288.5 passing yards and 16.9 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the previous seven weeks despite facing several below-average passing attacks. Lawrence should have at least 17 fantasy points for the fourth time in the past six games on Sunday.

Brenton Strange (TE – JAX)

Brenton Strange was a recommendation last week, and it’s back to the well at least one more time before his rostered rate soars even more. Following a five-game absence due to injury, the third-year tight end has quickly reasserted himself as one of Trevor Lawrence‘s main targets, securing eight of his nine targets for 138 yards over the past two weeks. Strange also hit paydirt for the first time this season in Week 13’s easy victory over the Titans.

The Colts are struggling, having dropped three out of four games since a tremendous 7-1 start. The Colts’ pass defense (27th) has been suspect most of the season. In back-to-back losses to the Chiefs and Texans the last two weeks, the Colts have surrendered more than 600 yards through the air. They also allow the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends on the season. Strange is set for another strong effort.

Isaiah Likely (TE – BAL)

It is always difficult to gauge Isaiah Likely, as he shares depth-chart space with veteran Mark Andrews. On top of that, the Ravens’ run-focused offense keeps the targets sporadic. On the other hand, Likely has shown time and time again that, when given the opportunity, he has the goods to make things happen.

Likely was given that opportunity on Thanksgiving Day against the Bengals. He responded with his biggest game of the season to date, bringing down five of his six targets for 95 yards. Those were all new season highs for the former Coastal Carolina standout.

Could Likely find the end zone for the first time in Sunday’s huge divisional matchup? Well, the Steelers are one of only six teams to allow seven or more touchdowns to the position so far this season.
