Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft: Superflex, PPR (2026 Fantasy Football)

Dynasty managers, meet the 2026 rookie class. Tasked with selecting out of the eighth spot, I used FantasyPros’ Dynasty Rookie Draft Simulator for this Superflex dynasty rookie mock draft.

Superflex Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft

This dynasty Superflex PPR rookie mock draft features high-upside wideouts and early-start quarterbacks that can immediately impact your Superflex roster. Each pick balances long-term dynasty value with immediate fantasy potential.

Expect to see breakout sleepers, high-upside tight ends and quarterbacks ready for meaningful early snaps. Whether you’re hunting top-tier talent or hidden gems, this guide helps you maximize every rookie pick and build a roster that can win for years.

1.08: Kenyon Sadiq (TE – Oregon)

I was thrilled to grab Kenyon Sadiq at 1.08 — this value is insane. He moves like a wide receiver in a tight end’s body. A 241-pound tight end running a 4.39 40-yard dash is unheard of, and he paired it with a 43.5-inch vertical and 11-foot-1-inch broad jump. In Oregon, he flashed his ceiling with eight touchdowns last season. Sadiq is the clear TE1 of this class and a mismatch nightmare for linebackers and safeties.

Dynasty managers need to chase ceiling swings at scarce positions, and Sadiq checks every box. He projects as a hybrid weapon who should see early snaps as a seam-stretcher and red-zone threat. In the right offense, top-eight fantasy tight end seasons are firmly in play. That’s exactly the kind of first-round swing I want to take.

2.08: Garrett Nussmeier (QB – LSU)

Garrett Nussmeier was the pick at 2.08 because you should never leave a rookie draft without a quarterback. Nussmeier is one of the most pro-ready passers in this thin 2026 class and brings that NFL coach’s son pedigree. Winning the Senior Bowl MVP showed he is healthy and ready for the next level. Nussmeier throws with great anticipation, has a quick release, polished gunslinger skills and enough mobility to extend plays.

Landing a potential starter in a Superflex league with Nussmeier’s profile in the second round is a massive win. His size and arm talent match what NFL teams desire in long-term starters. This pick secures a high-ceiling developmental quarterback at a discount. That is exactly the type of smart investment that stabilizes dynasty rosters for the long haul.

3.08: Ja’Kobi Lane (WR – USC)

I was ecstatic to select Ja’Kobi Lane at 3.08. He’s 6-foot-4 with elite hands, red-zone dominance and a 4.47 40-yard dash. Lane is a Day 2 talent available in the third round. His 12 touchdowns at USC in 2024 prove he is a premier scoring threat.

Lane high-points the ball better than anyone in this class, aided by a 40-inch vertical, and showed improved route technique at the Senior Bowl. By the third round, you want ceiling swings, not safe roster fillers. Lane has the size, speed and explosiveness to become a WR2/WR3. Landing him here is exactly how you build dynasty depth.

4.08: Taylen Green (QB – Arkansas)

Snagging Taylen Green at 4.08 is exactly the kind of high-upside swing savvy dynasty managers love to take late in rookie drafts. At 6-foot-5 and 227 pounds, he delivered one of the best combine performances since 2003, posting a 43.5-inch vertical and an incredible 11.5-foot broad jump.

Green shattered testing records and boasts legit 4.37 speed. Rushing quarterbacks offer a weekly edge and act as a massive cheat code that boosts a quarterback’s scoring floor. Green proved it last season at Arkansas, racking up 777 rushing yards and eight touchdowns.

The passing profile is inconsistent, but experienced dynasty managers chase elite rushing ceilings late in rookie drafts. Green’s massive arm forces defenses to stay deep and respect the big play. His 9.99 relative athletic score (RAS score) proves he is a top-tier athlete at the position. Even modest passing development could send his value climbing in Superflex formats. At this price, you are chasing a massive ceiling rather than a safe floor.

5.08: C.J. Daniels (WR – Miami)

Landing C.J. Daniels at 5.08 is a smart late-round swing for seasoned dynasty managers. Daniels brings downfield separation, strong hands and field-stretching speed that can create early NFL opportunities.

Receivers who threaten defenses vertically often carve out roles quickly, even with limited targets. At 5.08, betting on explosive upside and a potential long-term FLEX option outweighs drafting a low-ceiling roster filler.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I’m happy with how the board fell. I grabbed tremendous value with my first-round pick, took calculated swings in the middle and targeted traits I trust late.

Every pick has a path to outperform their average draft position (ADP), which is the goal in a rookie draft. If you were in my seat, which pick would you have done differently? Or would you have panicked like I almost did?
