Saturday’s seven-game NBA DFS main slate features a tight range of projected totals, with every matchup falling between 228.5 and 235.5 points, creating a relatively balanced scoring environment across the board. The real separation comes from the spreads, where several games carry significant blowout risk.
Three contests currently sit with double-digit spreads, raising concerns about shortened rotations and reduced minutes for key starters:
- Indiana Pacers versus San Antonio Spurs (-18.5)
- Memphis Grizzlies versus Charlotte Hornets (-16.5)
- Golden State Warriors versus Atlanta Hawks (-10.5)
With blowout potential in multiple spots and teams dealing with injuries, identifying the safest game environments while uncovering lineup leverage will be key when building rosters. Below are some of the top targets and value plays to consider for Saturday’s slate.

NBA DraftKings & FanDuel DFS Primer
NBA DFS Core Plays
- DraftKings: $12,300
- FanDuel: $12,700
Luka Doncic has been on an absolute tear during the Los Angeles Lakers’ eight-game winning streak, leading the league with 40.9 points per game while also averaging 8.9 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 2.4 steals during that span. He’s operating as the clear engine of the offense and continues to deliver elite production on a nightly basis.
Tonight, Doncic draws an intriguing matchup against the Orlando Magic in a game with a narrow 2.5-point spread, suggesting a competitive environment where the Lakers will likely lean heavily on Doncic once again. The Magic haven’t been as sharp defensively of late, either, ranking 21st in defensive rating over their last four games.
Despite his extremely high price tag, Doncic is more than worth the investment given his current form and massive usage. With both a slate-breaking ceiling and one of the safest floors available, he stands out as a premier spend-up option in all formats.
- DraftKings: $9,200
- FanDuel: $9,600
Jarrett Allen will miss his eighth consecutive game due to a right knee injury, and Evan Mobley has elevated his play in his absence. During that stretch, Mobley is averaging 22.4 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.1 blocks per game, showcasing his ability to anchor both ends of the floor while handling an expanded role.
Mobley has been playing at an extremely high level, which is reflected in his rising price tag across DFS platforms. Mobley’s increased involvement as a scorer, combined with his consistent rebounding and elite defensive production, gives him one of the most well-rounded fantasy profiles at the position.
If Donovan Mitchell (eye), who is listed as questionable, is ultimately ruled out for Saturday’s game, Mobley would likely take on even more offensive responsibility. That added usage would further boost his ceiling, making him one of the top frontcourt options to prioritize on the slate.

NBA DFS Cash Game Targets
- DraftKings: $9,400
- FanDuel: $9,500
James Harden erupted for 36 points, seven rebounds, nine assists, one block and two steals in Thursday’s 115-110 win over the Chicago Bulls. A major factor in that performance was the absence of Donovan Mitchell, which allowed Harden to take on a significantly larger offensive role.
Mitchell is once again listed as questionable for Saturday’s contest, and if he’s ultimately ruled out, Harden would be in line for another substantial bump in usage. He would continue to operate as the primary initiator and scoring option, increasing both his floor and ceiling.
Given his ability to contribute across every category when handling that level of responsibility, Harden becomes one of the top guard options on the slate if Mitchell sits.
- DraftKings: $6,600
- FanDuel: $6,600
The Indiana Pacers’ injury report is lengthy heading into Saturday’s matchup against the San Antonio Spurs, and as 18.5-point underdogs, there’s a real possibility that several players listed as questionable could ultimately sit. If that scenario plays out, it would open the door for Jarace Walker to take on a much larger role despite the challenging matchup.
Walker has already been trending in the right direction, emerging as one of the more involved pieces in the offense. Over his last five games, he’s averaging 14 points, seven rebounds and 3.6 assists, ranking third on the team in scoring during that span. His ability to contribute across multiple categories gives him a solid fantasy foundation.
If Indiana ends up shorthanded, Walker could see a significant bump in both playing time and usage, making him an intriguing option. Even in a tougher matchup, volume alone is enough to make him worth targeting.

NBA DFS GPP Targets
- DraftKings: $7,800
- FanDuel: $7,100
Darius Garland sat out Thursday’s matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans due to a toe injury, but he is no longer listed on the injury report and should be good to go for Saturday’s contest against the Dallas Mavericks. He’s been in strong form recently, averaging 21.3 points, seven assists, two rebounds and 1.3 steals over his last six games, continuing to operate as a key playmaker and scoring option.
Garland could be in line for an expanded role in Saturday’s matchup with Kawhi Leonard (ankle) listed as questionable. Leonard has already missed two of the Los Angeles Clippers’ last three games. If he’s sidelined again, Garland would have an opportunity to take on additional offensive responsibility.
The matchup further boosts Garland’s outlook, as Dallas ranks 28th in defensive rating over its last four games. With his recent production, potential for increased usage and a favorable game environment, Garland profiles as a strong guard option with both a solid floor and upside.
- DraftKings: $6,200
- FanDuel: $6,500
Kel’el Ware has logged at least 20 minutes in four straight games and is averaging 10 points, 10 rebounds, one assist and one block over that span. His role has steadily grown, and he should be in line for another uptick in minutes with the Miami Heat set to be without Andrew Wiggins (toe) and Jaime Jaquez Jr. (hip), while also dealing with several other players listed as questionable.
With the frontcourt potentially shorthanded, Ware could see more consistent run and added opportunities on both ends of the floor. His rebounding presence and ability to contribute defensively give him a solid fantasy foundation, especially when his minutes push into the mid-20s.
Ware also draws a familiar matchup against the Houston Rockets, a team he posted 13 points, 15 rebounds, one assist and one block against on February 28.th If his role expands as expected, Ware has a strong chance to deliver a similar stat line, making him an appealing option.

NBA DFS Value Plays
- DraftKings: $4,200
- FanDuel: $4,700
Jaylon Tyson picked up a toe injury in Thursday’s 115-110 win over the Chicago Bulls and is now listed as questionable for Saturday’s matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans. With Donovan Mitchell (eye) also carrying a questionable tag, there’s a real chance this backcourt could be shorthanded once again.
If either Tyson or Mitchell is ruled out, Keon Ellis would be in line for increased opportunities and a more secure role in the rotation. The added minutes — along with potential ball-handling responsibilities — would give him a strong path to returning value, especially at his current price point. In that scenario, reaching 5X value becomes very attainable, making him an appealing punt option in both cash games and tournaments.
- DraftKings: $6,500
- FanDuel: $4,700
Jay Huff is priced a bit too high on DraftKings, but his salary on FanDuel stands out as much more appealing. With the Indiana Pacers listing Pascal Siakam (knee), Micah Potter (triceps) and Obi Toppin (foot) as questionable, there’s a clear path for Huff to take on an expanded role if a couple of those frontcourt pieces are ruled out.
In that scenario, Huff could see 20+ minutes, which would be more than enough to return value at his FanDuel price point. While the matchup against the San Antonio Spurs isn’t ideal, opportunity often outweighs matchup, especially for value plays in this price range.
Given the potential for increased minutes and usage, Huff profiles as a strong candidate to exceed 5X value on FanDuel, making him a solid option to consider in both cash builds and tournaments.
