Fantasy Baseball Prospect Report: Rankings, Updates & Stashes

The 2026 fantasy baseball season is less than one month old, and we are already starting to see some significant movement with some of Major League Baseball’s top prospects. One of the biggest pitcher names in the prospect game made his debut on Wednesday when Didier Fuentes was called up to start for the Atlanta Braves. Connor Prielipp also made his debut on Wednesday for the Minnesota Twins.

Top prospects like Chase DeLauter, JJ Wetherholt, Konnor Griffin and Kevin McGonigle now have full-time roles on offense. Other names like Noah Schultz and Sam Antonacci recently debuted. Many more will graduate from prospect status by the summer. However, there are still a plethora of big names that were sent back to the minor leagues to get more seasoning before making their MLB debuts.

        Fantasy Baseball Prospect Report

This weekly piece will look at some of the best prospects from a fantasy baseball perspective and track their production. Below is a report of the top 15 Major League Baseball prospects (hitters and pitchers) who have yet to make it to the Majors. As players on this list move up, more names will fill in as we track the top prospects for dynasty and keeper fantasy baseball leagues.

This list will focus on the top pitchers and hitters based on MLB’s Top 100 Prospects List, noting others outside that list when appropriate.

        Jesus Made (SS – MIL)

Jesus Made has dominated AA pitching with a .314/.429/.543 slash line and a .972 OPS. He’s combined power (two home runs, seven extra-base hits) with patience (16.7% walk rate) and manageable strikeouts (13.1%).

Leo De Vries (SS – ATH)

Leo De Vries is hitting .308 with a .403 on-base percentage (OBP) and a .415 slugging rate, showing strong on-base skills with a 2.6% home run rate. However, his 24.4% strikeout rate highlights some swing-and-miss despite solid overall production (.818 OPS).

          Colt Emerson (SS – SEA)

Colt Emerson has posted a .258/.361/.452 slash line with six doubles and two home runs in AAA. His 11% walk rate is solid, but a 26% strikeout rate has limited his consistency (.813 OPS).

          Max Clark (OF – DET)

Max Clark has been highly effective in AAA, hitting .318/.394/.471 with 27 hits and nine extra-base hits. His balanced profile includes a 12.1% walk rate, a very low 12.1% strikeout rate and seven stolen bases with an .865 OPS.

          Eli Willits (SS – WSH)

Eli Willits is batting .217 but has maintained a strong .349 OBP thanks to a 16.9% walk rate. His .740 OPS is driven by patience and 13 steals, though his contact (21.7% strikeout rate) and power remain inconsistent.

            Walker Jenkins (OF – MIN)

Walker Jenkins has struggled to a .226/.368/.306 line in AAA, with just three extra-base hits. His 15.8% walk rate has propped up his OBP, but limited power has kept his OPS at only .674.

Josue De Paula (OF – LAD)

Josue De Paula has been excellent in AA so far, slashing .339/.446/.452 with a .898 OPS. He’s paired strong contact with a 14.9% walk rate and a low 12.2% strikeout rate, driving consistent offensive production all season. A potential call-up is coming sometime this season.

              Travis Bazzana (2B – CLE)

Travis Bazzana has produced a strong .286/.406/.476 line in AAA with 12 extra-base hits. His 16.7% walk rate and balanced approach have helped him post an .882 OPS despite a moderate 17.6% strikeout rate. He finally hit his first home run last week and is starting to really heat up.

              Ethan Holliday (SS – COL)

Top prospect Ethan Holliday has had a slow start, hitting .205/.321/.295 with just two extra-base hits. His 28.3% strikeout rate has been a major issue, contributing to a .616 OPS.

              Bryce Eldridge (1B – SFG)

It’s only a matter of time for a Bryce Eldridge call-up. He has been productive in AAA, slashing .299/.407/.455 with eight extra-base hits and an .862 OPS. While his 30.8% strikeout rate is high, his power and 12.1% walk rate have sustained strong overall output.

              Thomas White (SP – MIA)

Thomas White, MLB’s top prospect who has not reached the Majors, has been sharp early, recording a 2.70 ERA and 1.10 WHIP over 10 innings. His 18 strikeouts (30% strikeout rate) against just two walks highlight strong command and swing-and-miss ability.

              Payton Tolle (SP – BOS)

Payton Tolle has posted a 3.00 ERA and 1.07 WHIP across 15 innings in AAA. He’s struck out 19 batters with just one walk, showing excellent control while limiting damage to just five earned runs. Tolle is being called up to pitch against the Yankees in Fenway Park for his first start. It’s a tough first draw, but Tolle has the stuff to succeed in MLB.

              Kade Anderson (SP – SEA)

Kade Anderson has been dominant in AA so far, allowing just one earned run over 14 innings for a 0.64 ERA and 0.86 WHIP. His 22 strikeouts and zero walks have been even better than expected for one of the top pitching prospects in the 2025 draft.

              Seth Hernandez (SP – PIT)

Seth Hernandez has been almost unhittable for the Single-A Bradenton Marauders. At 19 years old, he has posted a 0.75 ERA and 0.50 WHIP over 12 innings. He’s allowed just three hits while striking out 23 batters with only three walks, showcasing dominant early-season form.

              Ryan Sloan (SP – SEA)

Ryan Sloan has not had the same success as his teammate Kade Anderson in AA this year. Sloan has struggled, recording a 6.52 ERA and 1.86 WHIP across 9.2 innings. He’s allowed 12 hits and six walks, with seven earned runs to go along with 10 strikeouts.
