PGA DFS Lineup Advice: Top Golfers (2026 RBC Heritage)

We’re heading to the Lowcountry for the next Signature Event at the 2026 RBC Heritage. Hosted at Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, this par 71 plays under 7,300 yards in length, while sporting some of the smallest greens to target on the PGA Tour schedule.

Last year’s RBC Heritage winner, Justin Thomas, will return hoping for a better outing than his T41 at the Masters on Sunday. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is back in Harbour Town as the overwhelming betting favorite, as his weekend rally fell one stroke short of forcing a playoff against back-to-back winner Rory McIlroy.

Scheffler won this event in 2024 following his second Masters victory. Jordan Spieth and Matt Fitzpatrick are also in this star-studded field, winning the RBC Heritage in 2022 and 2023. Tight fairways, short rough, and tiny overseeded Bermudagrass greens cater to golfers who maintain tee-to-green accuracy, while those with a creative short game can also contend at Harbour Town.

My PGA DFS Lineup Advice: Top Golfers (2026 Masters) largely flopped at Augusta National last week. Xander Schauffele carded a solid T9 finish from my Tier 1 group, but Jon Rahm’s T38 finish tanked lineups. In Tier 2, Matt Fitzpatrick played best with a T18 finish, with Sungjae Im winding up 46th. Tier 3 was a disaster with missed cuts from Bubba Watson and Nico Echavarria.

PGA DFS: Top Golfers (2026 RBC Heritage)

Xander Schauffele is the second most expensive golfer in DFS lineups this week, but he’s still much cheaper than Scottie Scheffler. Schauffele has carded three straight top 20 finishes at Harbour Town (4-T18-T18), while securing three consecutive top 10 finishes in 2026.

Schauffele ranks 12th in total strokes gained this season. He’s 14th in SG: Approach, 34th in SG: Off-the-Tee, and 35th in SG: Putting. Also seventh in scrambling, which is why Schauffele is top 20 in scoring average and par 4 scoring.

Next up, we’re locking in Russell Henley coming off a top 5 finish at the Masters. Henley has been nails for most starts in 2026, logging a top 20 finish in all six events where he’s made the cut.

Henley is ranked 20th in total strokes gained, including 17th in SG: Putting and fifth for driving accuracy. Also sits top 40 in proximity and top five in scrambling.

T19-T12-T8 finishes in three previous trips to Harbour Town means we’re landing a high-floor golfer with a high-ceiling, which is what we need to return value as a Tier 1 prospect.

There will likely be a lot of DFS players on Jordan Spieth this week. Don’t let it deter you. He’s playing good golf compared to last year, logging a pair of T12 finishes or better at the Valspar Championship and the Masters in two of his previous three outings.

Spieth fits the bill for Harbour Town. He’s gone P1-P2-T39-T18 in his last four trips, with six top 20 finishes in nine attempts. He’s ranked 33rd in SG: Approach and 20th in scrambling, so let’s queue up the Spieth experience at one of his best courses.

We’ll wrap up Tier 2 with Ryo Hisatsune. I’ve recommended Hisatsune numerous times in DFS and various betting markets this season, and it typically pays off. The young Japanese golfer cracked the top 20 (T18) in his RBC Heritage debut last year.

Hisatsune ranks top 20 in total strokes gained, SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Approach, and leads the PGA Tour for greens in regulation hit. He’s also 27th in proximity, which is enough to look past enduring putting woes.

We’re deep into the value bin with my Tier 3 selections at the RBC Heritage this week. Matt McCarty is a golfer I want to roll into lineups due to his fairway accuracy and hole proximity.

McCarty also ranks 24th in putting average, so he’ll likely have good lies and short birdie putts during his RBC Heritage debut. At a low salary on DraftKings and FanDuel, McCarty is due for his third top 20 finish in 2026 at a course that he should navigate fairly well.

Andrew Putnam is our sixth and final golfer to target in DFS lineups this week. Putnam’s last outing yielded a T5 finish at the Valero Texas Open, while he’s also secured a runner-up finish at The American Express back in January.

Notable metrics include top 50 in total strokes gained, like 52nd in SG: Approach, and second in driving accuracy. At a course that rewards accuracy and finesse over power and distance, Putnam’s play should provide a high-floor with a potentially high-ceiling at a Tier 3 price.
