Every fantasy football league with friends, colleagues, or rivals should involve some sort of punishment for finishing last. Time Reduction Food Challenge

One of the most popular fantasy football last place punishments is to make the ‘winner’ sit in a specified restaurant for 24 hours. The way it usually works is they can only reduce the time they have to stay (usually while wearing something embarrassing) by finishing a number of specified dishes of the league’s choosing (each dish subtracts time from the clock (e.g., one hour)). We have seen challenges take place at Waffle House, IHOP, McDonald’s, and more.

Specialized clothing

This involves ordering specialized fantasy football loser clothing online. There are tons of merchandise ideas aside from clothing, some of which we will discuss below. One example of something the last place ‘winner’ can be made to do includes running a local marathon in specified clothing such as an ‘I suck at fantasy football!’ shirt. This is a relatively common punishment that involves the ‘winner’ having to go out to a nice restaurant, accompanied by an extra-large stuffed animal or blow-up doll. They are required to treat the stuffed animal or blow-up doll like an actual date, which typically includes speaking to it throughout the meal and ordering it some food. This generally works better when the restaurant is informed ahead of time of the pending punishment.

NFL Combine events

Thought only winners get wings? In this scenario, the last place ‘winner’ has to eat a specified number of wings with one of the hottest, if not the hottest, sauces on the menu. Avoid those that require signed waivers.

This punishment allows league mates to come up with the last place ‘winner’s team name for the following season.
