Texas Longhorns QB Arch Manning had 19 total touchdowns in his final six games of the 2025 season. Head coach Steve Sarkisian has reloaded this team on offense, bringing in key additons like WR Cam Coleman and RBs Hollywood Smothers and Raleek Brown. That, along with one of the better offensive lines in the country, anchored by LT Trevor Goosby, should be enough to help Manning finally live up to the hype. Given his name value and potential ceiling that his mobility gives teams, it’s all but likely that Manning is the No. 1 overall pick in the 2027 NFL Draft, making him arguably the top devy asset.

Oregon Ducks QB Dante Moore would’ve all but likely been the No. 2 overall pick if he declared for the 2026 NFL Draft. Still, returning to Eugene, should keep him in the conversation as a top-10 overall pick, coming off a season where he finished sixth in the country in passing touchdowns and led the Ducks to the College Football Playoff Semi-Finals. With a loaded backfield and receiving corps, plus a veteran offensive line, the Ducks have as good a shot as anyone to make another deep run. While he lacks the mobility of some of the other quarterback prospects, his accuracy and offensive command are next-level.

The Heisman Trophy odds, mo ck drafters and devy managers are all too low on LSU Tigers QB Sam Leavitt. He was the 2024 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year who secured the Arizona State Sun Devils their first Big 12 Championship. Like Manning, he has the mobility NFL teams look for, albeit being slightly undersized.
