    Devy Fantasy Football Player Outlook

Seth Woolcock provides his devy fantasy football outlook for 2026.

What if I told you that former Oregon Ducks TE Kenyon Sadiq wasn’t even the best big man in Eugene, Ore., last year? That’s right, TE Jamari Johnson quietly broke out for 32 receptions, 510 yards and three touchdowns after transferring from Louisville. The former three-star recruit is a willing blocker at 6-foot-5 and 257 pounds and uses his size to create leverage against defenders at the catch point. Johnson hopes to parlay a late stretch where he had three-plus receptions in six of the Ducks’ final seven games into a John Mackey Award-caliber season with QB Dante Moore also returning under center.

The stars could be aligning for a special season from LSU Tigers TE Trey’Dez Green. Head Coach Lane Kiffin and his offensive coordinator Charlie Weis Jr. are now on the sticks and Arizona State transfer QB Sam Leavitt is the best signal-caller Green has ever played with. Regardless of whether or not another step forward in production is taken, he’ll have top-50 buzz in the 2027 NFL Draft. He’s a 5-foot-7, 240-pound former hooper who can go up top and did so for 433 yards and seven touchdowns last year on a pedestrian Tigers offense. He’s a different type of athlete than what we’ve seen recently from top tight end prospects, but a player with first-round upside at a position that’s tough to find fantasy difference-makers.
