It’s the final week of a full-fledged PGA Tour field at the 2026 Wyndham Championship. Hosted at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina, this short par 70 is the final test for golfers vying to secure a top 70 rank in the FedExCup Playoffs.
This Donald Ross design contains plenty of undulations, tight tree-lined fairways, and Bermudagrass that covers all surfaces. Greens run average on size at 6,000 square feet, while 12.5 feet is the expectation for putting velocity via Stimpmeter. Some water hazards and plenty of strategic bunkers to overcome, while rough stands below three inches.

Cameron Young and Jackson Koivun are the most expensive golfers to roster in DraftKings DFS lineups this week. Young has a pair of wins this season and also posted his breakthrough win here at Sedgefield last season. Koivun’s win in just his third event on the PGA Tour came at the 3M Open, which is why he’s priced so high in his Wyndham Championship debut. Other notable golfers in this week’s field include Hideki Matsuyama, Justin Thomas, Tom Kim, Ben Griffin, Brooks Koepka, Jordan Spieth, and Sungjae Im.

Hideki Matsuyama is the third most expensive option when constructing lineups in DraftKings DFS contests. The Japanese native is riding a hot hand to end the season, carding consecutive top 5 finishes at the 3M Open and Rocket Classic.
Matsuyama ranks 25th in total strokes gained in 2026. He’s 29th in SG: Approach, 13th in scrambling, 10th in sand save rate, and 11th on 200+ yard approach shots. Matsuyama is also 30th in one-putt rate and 35th in putts per round, while carding four top 20 finishes in nine trips to Sedgefield.
Tom Kim is going to be our other Tier 1 anchor. He won the 2022 Wyndham Championship and has another win under his belt this season at the Scottish Open.
Kim’s notable metrics include fifth in SG: Approach, third in scrambling, and 12th in proximity. As a result, he’s seventh in scoring average and fifth on par 4s, which bodes well for his third outing at the Wyndham Championship.

Brian Harman is 63rd in the FedExCup right now, so he needs a fairly productive outing to remain inside of the top 70 playoff cut line. Harman only has one top 10 finish this year, which just came in his last event played, carding a T3 at the 3M Open.
Harman ranks 32nd in driving accuracy and 35th in 200+ yard approach shots. Harman only managed a T45 in 2025 at Sedgefield, although he’s secured two top 10 finishes, including a top 5 finish, in 11 appearances at this event.
Doug Ghim just had a stellar outing in Detroit. Now, we’re going to back him to replicate that performance at Sedgefield. Ghim shot a 65 in the opening round last week before managing a T15 finish.
Ghim ranks 19th in total strokes gained in 2026, including third in SG: Off-the-Tee. He’s got a lot of positive metrics in his favor, especially for a Tier 2 golfer, sitting 15th in proximity and 12th for finding greens in regulation. Also eighth in scrambling.

Blades Brown makes his first start at a PGA Tour event this week since a T11 at the Corales Puntacana Championship on July 19th. The 19-year-old is riding a recent stretch of T9-T14-T12-T11, meaning Brown is trending up ahead of his Wyndham Championship debut.
Eric Cole is the final piece to our lineup this week. I’ve been on Cole a few times this season, mostly due to his elite putting, ranked fifth in SG: Putting, including second for putting average and putts per round, while sitting third in one-putt rate.
Cole’s also 48th in scrambling and 15th in sand save rate. His tee-to-green game is questionable, although he should be able to bury enough birdies to keep our lineups in contention with his dynamic putting ability.
