QA Analyst
Location: Anywhere, USA/Canada (remote)
FantasyPros is looking for a full-time QA Analyst to join our Product team. As a QA Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional capacity to ensure that web, iOS, and Android applications meet our high standards for quality. Along with advocating for this high standard, you will be responsible for identifying performance trends and risks within our products.
The ideal candidate will be good at exploratory and functional testing, as our product development cycles can be very fast, and has a self-driven ability to review websites, web-based applications, and native mobile applications to identify problems with content, layout, user interface functionality, and data issues. The candidate is also someone who is very thorough and pays attention to detail, with a talent for identifying usability issues.
Test automation experience is a huge plus, along with experience building thorough test plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to ensure releases go smoothly.
- Contribute to planning sessions.
- Perform functional, aesthetic, regression, accessibility, exploratory, and performance testing.
- Write and execute test plans for our website and mobile apps.
- Document issues using a bug-tracking system.
- Monitor and report on quality trends.
- Manage release processes.
- Improve and expand our test coverage.
- Triage bugs and identify risks.
- Triage issues reported via customer support channels and perform investigation.
- Communicate issues found, concerns, and feedback back to the team.
- Develop automated UI and API tests.

- Test automation experience is a plus.
- Basic programming / scripting ability required for automation.
- Creating test automation frameworks is a plus.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- A passion for fantasy sports is a huge plus.
- A passion for sports betting a plus.
- Familiarity with FantasyPros’ suite of product offerings is a plus.
