- Regularly use AI tools to research, build with coding agents, prototype ideas, analyze data, and automate workflows.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, content, marketing, data science, and leadership to deliver high-impact features.
- Prioritize the work that creates the most meaningful customer value.
- Plan around the fantasy calendar so the product is ready for draft season, waivers, start/sit windows, trade deadlines, and playoffs.

- Deep working knowledge of fantasy sports, especially fantasy football, including drafts, waivers, trades, rankings, and weekly lineup decisions.
- Proven experience shipping meaningful customer-facing features from concept through launch.
- Regular use of AI coding agents and generative AI to research, prototype, analyze, automate, and ship.
- High agency, strong ownership, and the ability to work autonomously through ambiguous problems.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of using customer feedback and product data to drive decisions.
- Strong design instincts and a high bar for simple, useful product experiences.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely across functions.
Nice to have (not required):
