Most of my experience as a sports analytics writer has come through the bracketology avenue. I believe a lot of the same stylistic nuances and quantitative/qualitative relationships apply to writing about fantasy sports. As a topic for quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing and writing about, fantasy is about the only sports topic I am as passionate about as bracketology (though that may change with the recent SCOTUS ruling regarding legalized gambling on sports). Furthermore, as an actuary and a "numbers guy", I have utilized my unique skill set to perform a wide variety of numerical analyses on fantasy football; these have all been for personal use and gain up until now. Moving forward, I would like to share my research, projections, and rankings with other fantasy players, in hopes that they can find the same success I have found in fantasy sports. I believe becoming a member of the network of experts on FantasyPros will facilitate this desire.
