	Allen spent 2025 as a full-time starter with the NC Dinos in the Korea Baseball Organization, became a free agent this winter, and initially agreed to a deal with Toros de Tijuana of the Mexican League. A couple of strong outings for Team Canada in the World Baseball Classic changed his plans, and he's agreed to a minor-league contract with the Dodgers instead.
