Adrian Gonzalez got his second opinion on his back, and was reconfirmed that it is indeed a bulging disc issue and may start receiving epidural shots.

The good news on Gonzalez is that Dave Roberts has indicated that Gonzalez should avoid surgery. The concerning issue is that there is no timetable for a return and it'll be at least after the all-star break before he might be considered ready. There has been some talk that Gonzalez should just call it a career. Fantasy wise Gonzalez isn't going to perform as he once did and should be avoided in all formats.
