This was much better than the seven runs Paxton gave up in less than four innings in his last outing, but it still wasn't what fantasy owners were hoping for. The eight strikeouts in less than six innings were a plus, but Paxton needed more than 100 pitches to get through five-plus innings. Look for him to rebound next time out against a struggling Philadelphia Phillies team.
