There were plenty of reasons back in April to expect Thames to be productive all year. He wasn't going to keep up the same pace, of course, but the patience appeared legit. Thames dealt with a couple of injuries in May, and outside of that it's hard to pinpoint what went wrong. Perhaps major league pitchers were simply able to adjust. Either way it would be tough to sell Thames in fantasy at his present value.
