Luckily X-rays have already come back as negative. This means Hernandez has hopefully avoided a serious injury. The Mariners will still play it cautious with him, however. For now "King Felix" should be considered day-to-day. The 31-year-old posted a disappointing 4.36 ERA in 2017.
