Jake Lamb hit his first long ball of the season Monday night against RHP Chase Anderson. It was the only run Arizona could muster as they continue thier prolonged slump as a team.

Lamb finished the night 1-for-2 while also drawing two walks. It will come as no surprise that both of Lamb's hits since returning from the DL have come against right handed pitching, and he sat against the one left hander they faced over the weekend. Lamb may continue to platoon the hot corner with Daniel Descalso, who seems to be in the good graces of manager Torey Lovullo.
