Fantasy Impact
The 39-year old veteran outfielder will return to the Twins, who originally drafted him two decades ago. Hunter will provide a much needed boost to the Twins lineup. The Twins have a young lineup with breakthrough players like Brian Dozier, Danny Santana, and Kennys Vargas; although he won't have the same opportunities as with Detroit, he will still have run producing opportunities in the middle of the lineup. Hunter was very consistent last season with the Tigers, slashing a respectable .286/.319/.446 with 17 HR, 83 RBI, and 4 SB and will bring a nearly .800 OPS over the past five years to Minnesota.
