Fantasy Impact
This seems like a case of "too little, too late" for Owings' fantasy value, as it seems very unlikely he can produce this much in the season's final week. If he were hitting for power or stealing bases then you could take an extremely risky flier on him, but as things are now he should not be owned in any format.
